Travelodge Heathrow Central London

Had one of the WORST experiences at their in house restaurant. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for two frozen burgers. We tried to ask about our food multiple times over this period and were completely blown off by the staff. It took over an hour for the staff to say that it wasn’t put in the system, which I don’t understand since we brought up the issue on many occasions. When I brought up this complaint with the staff again, I was told “Do you want a refund or food?” in the most unapologetic way possible. As someone in food service, I think the total lack of empathy and understanding is utterly mind numbing. Not a single member of staff even acknowledged their fault and acted as if we were the ones who failed to put in the order. If I could give it a lower review I would.

The bathroom so dirty and slippery. Please clean it! Other than that it's okay. I kept slipping and hurt my leg trying to get into the shower. First time in London so I'm not surprised I have no idea how to use anything at all. But I would say to add something for people to know how to turn the shower on.

Basic but very clean room and very comfortable beds and pillows . Staying for business purposes and despite aircraft going over at less than 1000ft , absolutely zero noise ! Slept like a log ! No iron or hairdryer in room but am sure probably available at reception . Plenty of tea/ coffee in the room . Check in staff incredibly friendly and helpful especially Japinder . I left a bag at reception having checked in very late in the evening . Japinder retrieved the bag and took it to my room . Fantastic customer service ! Thank you . For a basic budget hotel on the periphery of LHR this hotel fulfilled all my requirements.

If you are hoping to get a good night sleep before your flight, don’t stay here. The doors into the corridor bang all night long and can be heard in the bedrooms making it impossible to sleep. We will pay a bit more next time to stay in a different hotel for the luxury of a few hours sleep. This next comment is not the hotels fault but why aren’t guests in airport hotels more respectful and try to keep the noise down in bedroom areas?

The staff on reception were extremely friendly & helpful , particularly Manpreet, who was very welcoming & friendly & nothing was too much trouble. My room was very nice overlooking the airport. The food in the cafe in the evening was tasty & service quite good. Security were good in stopping some noise from the room above. Overall a good experience

We stayed in the hotel with my students. We were a school group (73 pupils and 7 teachers). It was perfect. My students, my colleagues and I would like to thank all of the staff for being so great with us. I particularly thank the manager who was always in the bar/restaurant, he was always there for us and we really appreciated it. Unfortunately I don't have his name or an e-mail address to thank him. Hope someone can do it for us. Thank you one more time for everything. We would definitely come back for our next trip with our students. Thank you. Best regards. Very good spot for an early start if you're flying from Heathrow. A reasonably priced hotel not far from London's Heathrow Airport. Staff were excellent upon checking-in, which was emphasised further by Sylwia switching our double room to a twin with no extra charge or more importantly, no hassle. One good tip would be that using the local public bus service is considerably cheaper than using the Hotel Hoppa service - you just have to walk about 10 minutes from the hotel to the stop. Definitely worth it though.

The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was great and offered a lot of options, the staff was always helpful, polite and available. We went there with a group of 70 students + teachers and we had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Arrived on the airport shuttle bus after being thrown around for 20 mins. The hotel entrance is not very nice and reception is one floor up. Reception staff could not have been any nicer. The room was basic but clean and warm with plenty of towels and a kettle which I love. I thought it was good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in using it again.
