KKapi38We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

MMontagnenoirWe chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

SShuxianTCleanliness could be improved as there were stains in the bathing area. Hot spring tub is good and relaxing. Soundproofing isn't good as we can hear the room beside us using the water. Love the kids amenities especially the bathroom slipper. Room feels luxurious.

JJosh_ChuaRecientemente se quedó en Just Sleep Jiaoxi y tuvo una visita muy agradable y cómoda. Como dos adultos mayores, apreciamos lo conveniente que la ubicación del hotel estaba cerca de las principales atracciones, las opciones de comida y la estación de tren, pero todavía lo suficientemente tranquila para un descanso adecuado. La habitación era limpia, bien mantenida y agradablemente espacial. El baño de primavera caliente en la habitación era un espectáculo para nosotros. Fue fácil de usar, muy relajado, y perfecto para calmar los músculos cansados al final del día. La cama y las cucharas estaban cómodas, y dormimos bien durante toda nuestra estancia. El personal era amable, paciente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con las direcciones y sugerencias. El desayuno ofrece una variedad agradable, con opciones sencillas pero sabrosas que nos acomodaban bien. En general, Just Sleep Jiaoxi nos dio una estancia relajada, sin fuss con gran valor.

CCC TeoFirst impression is a tall ceiling, a clean and big room, bed is clean and nicely decorated bathroom, with a big bathtub, water is hot and nice. Plenty of nice food surrounding the hotel, a bit far from the train station. Friendly receptionist provides good suggestions on food and place to go.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

UUsuario anónimoFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
