My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

This is a cozy and relaxing place tucked away in nature. We had the ”Deluxe Spa” room with all the amenities for a most comfortable stay. The spacious room has a large hot spring private spa tub looking through open glass into nature. The most charming part of our stay was our ”hotel butler”, a young man who treated us as VIP guests and gave us the royal treatment. He was very attentive to our needs and strived to make it a most memorable stay for us. He truly warmed our hearts. Directly opposite, is the massive nature zoo which is definitely worth a visit! Only 3km from the Expo Garden. For foreign visitors, this is an experience to treasure.

En Qinglong Mountain, el entorno del hotel no tiene nada que decir. Con el paisaje del lago del jardín, el balcón es el paisaje del lago rojo y verde, el paisaje de la residencia es bueno, ¿es la luz de la mesa de la habitación una marca de sua? Especialmente adecuada para la iluminación de trabajo. El hotel está al otro lado del jardín, el verano es un paseo, todo el cuerpo está inmerso, y conducir en 5 minutos al hotel es muy conveniente, la comida del hotel también es muy buena, lo agradezco 👍

We have stayed one weekend at the banyan tree. Overall we have a very diverse experience with that hotel. All staff was very friendly and this balanced towards the missing 5 star sense of service of some. Some things were a bit chaotic and not aligned. The breakfast was ok, but I had already much better ones in other and cheaper 5 star hotels in China. The western restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. But the food was available and served in the lobby bar. The quality of the food was good. The Chinese restaurant we haven't tried, it was comparable a bit too expensive for us. The hotel is only about 4 years old, and it seems it was a very huge investment. Amazing architecture! But, the building quality is partially very poor. But still, I would expect from a brand like banyan tree and a professional hotel management to keep the hotel well maintained. This does not cost a fortune. The room was ok. But some details were already wear out. At the hot spring area, some details wear already broken and not cleaned properly. The shower was in a disgusting condition, it looks like this was never cleaned in the last year's. There was even huge mold on the glass doors! The steam sauna was smelling and far to hot set. Little helpful bathroom amenities were missing too. What we liked: the architecture, the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The hot spring water and pools were nice especially to have one at the balcony of our room. A great hotel for me is one which I would always like to come back again. So in this case? Would we come back? I must say, even though we like some things. We would not come back, especially not for the regular room rates. A pity for such a hotel, it has so much potential.

La señora de la recepción es amable y hermosa. También mejoró el tipo de habitación. El peine desechable en la habitación era de muy mala calidad y casi me rascó el cuero cabelludo. ¡Recomiendo cambiarlo! El efecto de calentamiento del aire acondicionado no es muy bueno y hace un poco de ruido cuando está funcionando. El ambiente es limpio y tranquilo. El aroma de la aromaterapia se percibe en cuanto entras por la puerta. El ambiente es muy ceremonial. Hay una piscina y un baño termal independientes. Solo tienes que enviar un mensaje y el dueño vendrá a llenar el baño termal. La calidad del sueño es mucho mejor después de sumergirse en el agua termal. También hay alquiler de bicicletas gratuito sin límite de tiempo. Es muy práctico para recorrer la ciudad. Nos dieron galletas caseras al hacer el check-out. Hay mucha gente en las atracciones turísticas durante el Año Nuevo Chino. Elegir un hotel con un ambiente cómodo y acogedor y disfrutar de una vida tranquila también es una buena opción.

From Nanjing south railway station takes metro line 3 transfer to line 2 and again transfer line S6. Is approximately 400-500m to the beautiful resort. Add their WeChat and they will come to pick you up. 100% if you live in room hot spring bath. The room fixtures are branded stuffs. Eating places is 1-2 km distance. Best you buy foods like instant noodles , bread and snacks. There microwave at B1. Check in staffs are friendly. Just only 20m you can get hot n cold drink and a pool table. The last running the place is super friendly too. Note the resort is a place to relax. No a shopping paradise. Is a place that you spend 1-2 days to soak and relax in your room Morning is a simple breakfast. You can refill until you are full. Do try out this resort. There a small chiller box enough to chill your beer. That’s all.

My family had a fantastic stay at Westin Nanjing Resort. The front desk were extremely caring. We received a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary. Most staff can speak English. The choice of food at both breakfast and dinner is very rich and everything is delicious. All the facilities are amazing: swimming pool, outdoor hot springs, kids club, outdoor Baobao paradise playground and sure the park where the hotel is located. We took a chance to visit 13 Gardens - a very beautiful place to walk around. Probably one night is not enough!

Hace poco estuve en el Radisson Collection Resort y tuve una experiencia excepcional. El personal fue increíblemente amable y brindó un servicio excelente. Mi habitación era estupenda, muy limpia y bien desinfectada. El servicio de autobús gratuito era confiable y conveniente, con conductores amables que hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. La comida también fue un punto destacado de mi estadía. La selección de desayuno era perfecta, ofreciendo una variedad de deliciosas opciones para comenzar el día. La cocina china que se sirve en el resort fue igualmente impresionante, mostrando sabores auténticos y platos preparados por expertos. Un punto destacado de mi estadía fue el fotógrafo profesional del hotel, que tomó fotos impresionantes con una temática china única. La ubicación del resort es perfecta, ofreciendo numerosos lugares pintorescos para tomar fotografías. En general, recomiendo encarecidamente el Radisson Collection Resort por su excelente hospitalidad, excelente gastronomía y hermoso entorno.

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.
