Hostales en Hanói

This is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong. The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025. The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

One of the worst customer services we have had in more than 6 months in Asia. Upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us two upper beds, despite us arriving at 6:00 AM and having booked weeks in advance. Politely, using both English and a translator, we asked to change to bottom beds, as we noticed upon entering the room that out of the 6 beds, only the two of us had checked in, and we asked if we could be near each other since we are a couple. Her response? ”Impossible! We are fully booked! The system does not allow changes.” Repeatedly. We innocently thought it was a system problem. Since we had a second consecutive reservation, we managed to get her to agree to change us for the second booking. When the day arrived, she moved us to another room, much worse, with bottom beds but separated. We complained to stay in the same room, negotiating for just one bottom bed since it seemed ”impossible” to have both, even though it was 9:00 AM and almost all the beds had been vacated by guests! At first, once again ”impossible,” but after insisting, she agreed to only one bottom bed. When asking to change the top bed because it was right next to the door—which rattled and practically didn't let me sleep for two nights—again: NO, IMPOSSIBLE. After having to ask her several times, she reluctantly agreed and did both changes in ONE minute. Was it THAT difficult? And also, clearly it was NOT a system issue in the end, which was very dissapointing. The beds are comfortable, but if you have a bed in room 3A next to the door, the door mechanism does not cushion the impact and the door makes the entire wall next to your head in the cubicle rattle VERY loudly. They should have a way to muffle the door noise. A LOT of street noise comes in through the balcony door. If you are a light sleeper, better look for another option. The cleaning staff makes a great effort to keep everything clean, as it is a hostel where they don't give you ”slippers”; therefore, all the dirt from the street comes in with your shoes, and when stepping on the wet bathroom floor from the shower, it gets spread everywhere. They give you clean towels every day, which is an interesting plus. In the end, it was a mixed experience, with a very dissapointing aftertaste because of the receptionist treatment. If you are looking for cheap facilities for a short stay, it is good. If you have problem with noise, be careful of room 3A. Location and neighborhood is nice.

Este albergue juvenil, recién inaugurado, se encuentra cerca del Lago Oeste y a unos 3,5 km del lago Hoan Kiem, la Catedral y la Calle del Tren. Las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas, con camas espaciosas y un baño grande con zonas de ducha y de secado separadas. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y el desayuno buffet también es bueno. La vista desde la azotea es magnífica. El albergue ofrece artículos de aseo gratuitos, toallas de baño y una botella de agua mineral.

El albergue está muy limpio y las habitaciones son modernas. Sin embargo, la parte superior de la litera no queda completamente a oscuras en cuanto alguien enciende la luz de la habitación. (Recomendación: cama inferior) Además, cuando alguien se mueve en la otra cama, toda la estructura de la cama se mueve, ya que las cuatro camas están unidas. El personal del hotel es super amable y servicial. Estarán encantados de ayudarle con cualquier pregunta, solicitud o sugerencia. También estarán encantados de charlar sobre consejos locales. Hay actividades todas las noches en las que puedes participar si lo deseas. (noches de karaoke, recorridos por pubs, torneos de beer pong, etc.) El equipo de viajes interno estará encantado de organizar excursiones si es necesario. ¡Excelente ubicación en el casco antiguo!

¡Chicas, no os alojéis aquí por nada del mundo, y menos aún si es por ahorrar dinero! Para empezar, la habitación es minúscula y te sientes muy agobiada. Las camas están separadas por paneles móviles de material muy básico. El control remoto del aire acondicionado está en recepción, así que al entrar, hacía un calor terrible y para ajustar la temperatura, tenías que bajar a pedirlo. ¡Ni siquiera te lo dejan en la habitación! Además, el dormitorio femenino está en el segundo piso. La puerta del baño compartido no cierra del todo y está a menos de dos metros de la puerta del dormitorio masculino de enfrente, lo que hace que te sientas muy insegura al ducharte. La limpieza también deja mucho que desear. Lo más inquietante es que varios huéspedes masculinos eran muy extraños. Uno de ellos, al parecer, había venido a Vietnam a buscar esposa; en sus vídeos cortos se le veía en la calle intentando 'hacer amigos' con chicas. Por la noche, en vez de dormir, enviaba mensajes de WeChat pidiendo que le recomendaran una mujer para casarse, ¡totalmente perturbador! La única ventaja es que está justo al lado de la 'Calle del Tren'. En resumen, chicas, ¡no os alojéis aquí solo por ahorrar dinero! ¡Os va a arruinar por completo la experiencia de vuestro viaje a Vietnam!

El dueño habla bien inglés y manejó la situación con paciencia, sin frustrarse. El problema era estacionar una motocicleta en la zona residencial. Solo estaba mal publicado en Trip.com (en línea). Como el aviso dentro del hotel no se había cambiado recientemente, sino que llevaba allí mucho tiempo, sirve como prueba. Bastaba con pedir comprensión respecto al error en la publicación. Se habría solucionado con un simple ”Lo siento”. Me sentí incómodo, así que pregunté si podía publicarlo en línea. Después, la dueña —o quizás su esposa— me llamó ”¿coreano?” e ​​intentó explicarme la diferencia entre ”privado” y ”público” usando palabras en inglés. ¿Qué significaba eso? El estacionamiento dentro del hotel no es público, es privado, jaja. Creo que la forma en que se manejan las cosas es crucial. No es para tanto, así que es un problema que podría haberse pasado por alto. Aun así, les di una buena puntuación porque me preocupaba que me vieran como una ”coreana fea”. ”Ah, ¿de acuerdo?”

Pude notar que la almohada tenía manchas de sudor, casi imperceptibles pero lo noté. Hay botes de shampoo y gel de ducha pero estaban casi vacíos. El aire acondicionado huele a humedad. Sin embargo el cuarto es espacioso, la cama cómoda y el baño también fue cómodo. El servicio de taxi dentro del rango de precios, incluso más barato que grab, pero la tarjeta sim mucho más cara de lo que se puede conseguir en la ciudad. El dueño es muy amable

Fue una estancia cómoda, así que recibiste lo que pagaste. La ubicación no era la mejor porque tienes que tomar un autobús o un taxi para llegar al casco antiguo. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales. Ofrecen excursiones y taxis desde y hacia el aeropuerto a precios razonables. A 10 minutos en taxi del centro comercial Aeon, que tiene el mejor patio de comidas de Hanoi según mi experiencia.

Me alojé en este hotel durante un viaje en solitario a Ninh Binh y fue muy bueno. El hotel estaba limpio y las instalaciones, incluyendo el aire acondicionado y la ducha, funcionaron a la perfección. También ofrecen servicios integrales y pueden organizar excursiones. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a aproximadamente 1 km del centro de Ninh Binh, cerca de la estación de tren y la terminal de autobuses. Puedes reservar un autobús cama en el hotel, que te llevará al norte hasta Xa Van y al sur hasta Ciudad Ho Chi Minh. Por último, la comida en la planta baja es deliciosa, así que recomiendo comer allí al menos una vez durante tu estancia.

I stayed here for three nights in a mixed dorm. The location is pretty good — close to public transport, some cafés, and a few bars. That said, the area gets noisy at night, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The hostel itself is okay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, though they seemed a bit disorganized during busy hours. The common room is small but has a few couches and a TV. It’s a decent place to meet other travelers, but there’s no real social atmosphere unless someone starts something. The beds are basic — thin mattress, clean sheets, but the pillows are flat. Each bed has a reading light and one power outlet, which worked fine. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock. Cleanliness is average: the dorm was swept daily, but the bathroom floors stayed wet, and the shower drain was slow. Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, instant coffee). Free Wi-Fi works in common areas but not great in the dorms.
