Beautifully clean room and one of them more comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The odd thing was when I called to ask about the availability of shuttle AFTER HOURS the person Who was obviously receiving a diverted phone call had no idea with regard to transport from the airport to an airport based hotel. Just lack of coaching. They were pretty useless. Definitely some more training is needed on that front. There is no reception in the evening, so it’s feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel / Motel.  Would I stay there again maybe if it was real need for it but otherwise not. But I must admit the bed was fantastically comfortable!

Very nice room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice however the water tends to flow out of shower and into rest of bathroom. The checking in process took a while when I got there but it happens sometimes. Overall, nice stay.

1. Free parking. 2. Easy walk to CBD. Flat grounds. 3. Playground for young children across from the hotel. 4. Peaceful and quiet at night. Only heavy foot traffic heard from unit above on weekend night. 5. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Special shout out to Anjana for handling a housekeeping issue.

Pros: Amazing location for Glenelg - close to high street and beach Parking right outside room (for one car) Renovated modern room Really big smart TV Comfy bed Mostly clean Looked nice Cons: Can hear people right outside room (quite loud) Some ants kept appearing in bathroom Light bulb was out - didn't really bother us but was reported and not fixed during our stay No kitchenette sink so had to use bathroom sink to wash dishes Provided crockery but no washing materials

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

El hotel goza de una buena ubicación en Glenelg, cerca de la zona de restaurantes de Jetty Road, el paseo marítimo y la noria. Nos alojamos en una habitación en la primera planta, con buenas vistas a los árboles y a la calle. Nuestra estancia en Glenelg se vio empañada por la gran cantidad de moscas que nos molestaban mientras paseábamos por los parques y canales. Además, tuvimos un pequeño malentendido: aunque el hotel había acordado una salida tardía al registrarnos, esto no quedó registrado y el personal de limpieza llamó a nuestra puerta pidiéndonos que fuéramos a recepción para solucionar el problema.

Un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero más barato que los hoteles en la ciudad, vale la pena permanecer

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here

En el pie hay una gran colapso donde nos quedamos, nos subimos al parque de coches y habíamos levantado parte del concreto, no ideal para que una persona con discapacidad visual manipular, y habían sabido que tenía problemas de visión y de movilidad. La habitación no estaba completamente plana, había una pequeña colina en el centro de la habitación.

空港から近く移動が楽でした。 近くにカフェもあったのでチェックイン前も彷徨うことなく時間潰しができました。
