El cuarto que me dieron tenía chinches el balcón estaba lleno de Popo de paloma y el cuarto de enseguida estaba vacío y estaba lleno de Popo y muchas palomas también la lavandería que estaba muy sucia y estaba pegada a mi cuarto y era mucha bulla toda la noche la gente lavando ropa.

3 out of the 6 days we were there there were power outages on the property and in our unit. Which left us without air conditioning during the day, no pleasant when it so hot out. Also were unable to make lunches which we had gone to the grocery store to buy food for and had to spend extra money going out to eat.

Our room was clean and appropriate for our stay. Unfortunately it was facing the street and was very noisy, especially at night. There was a lack of restaurants after there was a major power outage. One restaurant never did open up for the rest of our stay which was 4 days!

It's a big room with a full kitchen, king sized bed, pull out sofa and big balcony. Extremely comfortable bed! And I loved how the a/c didn't get too cold or too warm. We slept so well!

Easy to access, all amenities available, very helpful and friendly in general and especially when we had a late departure flight. Great location and walking distance to the beach!! Can’t beat that :)

Nice big balcony. Good location near Waikiki beach. Heart of Waikiki is walkable but public transit is also nearby. Shopping of all kinds nearby. Cheap uber rides to places to hike etc. Room was adequate & as expected. Hotel has lots of amenities. Hilton lagoon is next door and accessible, not as busy as the beach & easier on the feet. Hotel staff was responsive to any needs we had!

Nice place to stay, there is a convenience store, and restaurant in the lobby which is nice for getting a drink without having to leave the hotel late at night.
