Excellent designs visually. Weird ergonomics. Hard to find the entrance. Tram not working near by. Luxurious but weird. Huge mall.

The overall experience was really good. The lady at the reception was really nice. However , some improvements in the facility is needed. For example, the bathroom door cannot stopped the water, so after the shower water is everywhere. Plus the phone in the room is not working, we had to go downstairs to contact the staff.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes to the mtr station. Lots of shops snd restaurants nearby. The room is spacious,neat and clean. Services provided are excellent. Special thanks to Katherine (the lady at the concierge) for her hospitality. For sure I’ll book Silveri again.
