Kind of ok

本來是住四天，後來工作那邊還在裝修，我又加兩天了，一切都好

老闆是印度人，需要英文溝通，老闆娘是上海人，很熱情貼心，房間不大但是很乾凈，電視、Wifi都有，通風也好。交通很方便，下樓到星光大道五分鐘，看港灣夜景很美

本人從國外經香港回大陸，隔離三天後自行租房居住，去實地看過後報價虛假，週末還要加錢，我也認了，因開不了發票，所以我在攜程下訂單，可以開發票，但是實際當面給現金，第二天12點入住，但是下午就出去社區做核酸，下午回來上網發現第二天有機票可以回國內，我就訂機票，想把後面房退了，店家推三阻四，説老闆（其實就是他老婆）現在有事要第二天才能回覆，而且不保證能一定退。後來委託攜程協調，一直拖延不接攜程電話，最終接通電話也不願意退款。無良商家，坑人，能定不能退，不夠人性。千萬不要被他坑。特別是行程有變的旅客，不要在那裡訂房。

I've stayed in four places in the TST/Jordan area, ranging from a hostel with 6-bunks per room to a boutique luxury hotel. The New Yan Yan rooms are in the Chungking Mansion and typical for the neighborhood 'mansions': tiny rooms with combination shower/toilet space. The bed is somewhat basic/stiff and the blanket is a sheet. So if you need a comfy bed, or if you want to sleep with the AC on and need a real blanket, don't stay here. Why 5 stars? It was the best value for my needs, as it was only slightly more expensive than the hostel. The room was very clean and tidy. There were no weird odors. The staff is very friendly and the a**osphere is informal which I prefer to more upscale places. A great budget choice for Kowloon.
