Absolutely amazing place highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Hoi An. Free bicycle hire and cheap bike here makes it easy to move around. The family is so beautiful and helped us with whatever we needed, very easy to talk to and looked after us even when we wanted to stay longer . Will definitely be booking again when I return😁😁

I don’t usually write reviews but the terra cotta Homestay is by far the best homestay/hostel that we have found in over a month of travelling. The rooms are brilliant and Ly’s helpfulness will allow you to see all of hoi an. This place is a must.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent 8 nights with Ly and her beautiful family at this homestay during the Tết celebrations. I echo other reviews in saying this will be the best hostel/homestay you'll find. At Terracotta, you'll discover fantastic accommodation, beautiful service, great breakfasts, a delightful (and convenient) food menu, and the most welcoming and kind family. The homestay is a 10-minute bicycle ride to the Old Town. Rooms are immaculately clean and modern; the wifi is fast and reliable; laundry services are provided in-house with a quick turnaround. I felt so welcomed and cared for at Ly's homestay and will certainly return in the future.

The owner, Lee, and her family were all extremely friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home in a beautiful hostel with an amazing garden situated within walking/biking distance to Hoi An. Lee helped us to organise our trip, sparing no effort to ring up bus and travel companies. Thank you so much to you all from Tim, Billy, Frankie and Mo ❤️ Definitely stay here if you want to explore the wealth of beautiful scenery around Hoi An.
