The swimming pool is nice and the hotel is pretty, but the pregnant staff at the front desk is really unfriendly, and the hotel's image gets worse because of that staff. Of all the people I met in Vietnam, the hotel staff were the most unfriendly. There is an urgent need for staff training.
한국분들 여기 가성비 나쁘지 않습니다. 그랩 타고 안방비치까지 40000동 나왔어요. 그런데 생각보다 수영장 크지는 않고 깊이는 깊어서 깊은곳 좋아하시는 분들은 추천드려요. 그리고 조식은 정말 먹을거 없었어요. 또 샤워필터 10분만에 갈색이 되는 수질을 가졌습니다잉^^ 일단 직원들 다 불친절함 사람 앞에 두고 자기들끼리 히덕히덕 거리고 웃는 얼굴도 본적이 없음. 여행에서 불친절하면 개빡치는데 여기 불친절해서 절대 비추천 돈 조금 더 주고 다른데 가세요.

Beautiful hotel, service is amazing. The location is good and there is a free shuttle to the old town. Gym and pool are both good too! Would definitely recommend

Messed up on our room. We booked a garden view was given a city view. Upon arrival, the staff seemed stressed. Service was not as expected. Food was ok. For the price we paid, I could do better at GRAND SUNRISE, cleaner & big better rooms and impeccable service, great foods!

A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for "dirtying a face towel" as we were leaving. My partner said: "it feels a bit 'communist'"... which is a nice sum up.
Certainly one for any shortlist though.

Book for my family, but as my family's feeback, the facilities is not as good as it described.
And the cleaness is also not good enough.
The pipe leakage and not able to repair in the evening, my family has no choice but to change a new room
