Hohhot Crown Plaza has given me the best service that I have experienced traveling in China. While the facilities and breakfast was wonderful with a great variety, I would like to comment all the staff were caring and thoughtful. Front, restaurant, and especially a male staff (named Daxue, forgive me if I spelled wrong) and a female staff in swimming pool helped me a lot in many ways. I will definitely come back again.

Viajar, la habitación es muy bonita y limpia. El personal de recepción y servicio de habitaciones es muy entusiasta. El hotel tiene un cuarto de baño en el piso 5 y está muy tranquilo. El gimnasio en el piso 6 también es muy bueno. Y hay una piscina térmica en el primer piso, el equipo está muy bien, es la prioridad de los amigos turísticos, se recomienda fuertemente.

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

La segunda vez que vivía, la ubicación es buena, el servicio del hotel es muy cuidadoso y también envió frutas de bienvenida. La desayuno es muy buena, puedo comer la piel de la castaña que me encanta y el queso mongoleño que me gusta a mi amigo de la castaña. El personal de servicio de la habitación también tiene necesidad. El edificio sin fumar en el que estoy muy tranquilo y muy satisfecho. Es muy conveniente compartir el auto de la mesa eléctrica de Hui. El hotel está abajo del punto de vuelta de la mesa de Hui (azul) más cercano. La mosqueta cercana, las cinco torres, el caballo amplio con el pequeño eléctrico para volver a ser muy conveniente.
