Отель убитый. Вся мебель старая, окна, если есть, - не закрываются, грязные, через них не видно даже улицу, двери не закрываются в ванной и многое другое. Менеджмент, это отдельная история: запросили раннее заселение, одобрили, по факту приезжаем - заселяют в отдельный номер и пришлось за каждый час доплачивать до чек-ин. В номере шумно очень, спать было фактически невозможно. Запросил раннее выселение на сутки, чтьбы вернули деньги за одни сутки, так как отель не соответствовал фото и описанию - отказали, включая главного менеджера. Задача в отеле содрать как можно больше денег, остальное для них не важно. Но стоит отметить, что постельное было чистое, принадлежности в ванную все были предоставлены. Лучше сердиться в другом районе, дальше от центра, такси по городу дешёвое и добираться куда нужно.

I was here for 2 days while traveling, i'm very satisfied with the service as well as the staff here, receptionist miss Nhu helped find my phone when i forgot it in grag taxi. i will come back next with my friends.

It is a neat and clean hotel.The housekeepers definitely done a great job. The room has a huge bed even though we wanted twin, but we were satisfied with it. The drinking cups are even sealed with cling wrap, which is very hygienic. The price is reasonable with a simple breakfast provided.

One of the best budget hotels we have stayed at! Service was five star, the porters went out of their way to help, and the front desk is staffed 24hrs. The room was clean and good size with a queen and a single bed and good aircon. And amazingly, a well stocked snack tray and fridge which was was well priced. Complimentary water and slippers await your arrival, and all sorts of ectra items including good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash toothpaste and even complimentary A25 toothbrushes. Location of hotel is perfect, with a huge range of eateries in the street of every kind. Highlands coffee across the street, Starbucks 5 min walk, but I recommend 'Prow Coffee' just up to the left on the corner for the best coffee, and cheaper also. Definitely a great hotel for the price 👌

Rất ok. phòng đẹp ,sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm. đi chút là ra Bùi Viện rồi. anh em vào Sài Gòn mà ở đây thì rất thuận tiện cho du lịch, đến đêm là cũng có nhiều thứ để ăn chơi, Nhân viên khách sạn thì cũng rất là thân thiện
