완전 깨끗하고 친절합니다.
화장실 윗쪽 벽면이 뚫려있어요. 방과 화장실 공기가 교차하죠. 방에서 화장실 냄새가 나긴하지만, 가격대비 너무 깨끗하여 가족끼리 사용은 문제 없습니다.

I found a promotional price for this hotel on various websites and decided to book a room from Agoda. The next day the hotel send me a message, asking me to cancel the booking because of the low price. I contacted Agoda, and they got back to me a day later, saying the hotel agreed to accommodate me. They even spoke to the hotel receptionist and confirmed my booking. I forwarded the confirmation email to the hotel to verify, but instead they send me another pushy message demanding that I cancel the booking. They threatened that they would place an additional surcharge on my booking if I did not. I attached their messages and sent them to Agoda. Once again, Agoda tried to confirm my booking with them, but three days later the hotel has yet to respond. Meanwhile, I've decided not to stay at this hotel. They promised something to Agoda but they keep telling me a different story. I find them untrustworthy, unprofessional and disgraceful.

If you're looking for a cozy spot in District 1, Mari Hotel By Connek is the place! The rooms are small but super comfy. It's like being wrapped in a warm hug. And the beds? Oh my, they are the best I've slept on in Vietnam – like sleeping on a cloud! The staff here are the real stars. They're so helpful, even with things like ordering food on Shopee or getting a Grab bike. Their English might not be perfect, but they try so hard and it's really adorable. I really appreciated all their help. In short, Mari Hotel By Connek is a small gem in the heart of the city. It's not just a place to stay, it's a place that makes your stay in Vietnam even better.

I stayed at this hotel and I found the service here to be very bad. The reality is far from advertised, inside the hotel is very dirty and horrible. I have to tell everyone and stay away from this bad hotel so as not to lose money unjustly

The location is not crowded and next to Circle K (convenience shop). Walking distance to some spots, and the hotel is easy to recognize. White and clean hotel from the entrance, non-smoking hotel, we can park our motorbike rent, and safe enough. The soundproof so bad, we can hear clearly the bell elevator, people talk on the aisle even when they shower on our next room. Unlucky me, every morning suddenly there wasn't hot water for shower and the internet disconnected to the tv. The old school style, they still charged 2% from the transaction on POS Credit Card when pay the room.
