The whole experience was awesome. The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They even set up a birthday decoration for my daughter, which was such a sweet surprise! Highly recommend.

I recently visited Metropole Opera by Kaystay with my partner. Alex and his team made us feel very comfortable and the room itself was very modern and luxurious. The bed quality itself was worth the price. I hope to be able to return soon.

Modern facility located in the center, large rooms and a very comfortable bed. The surplus is the presence of a bidet (which is very rare abroad).

公寓式酒店，沒有餐廳，沒有前台，入住前管家會加你微信，房間設施齊全，有冰箱，洗衣機，洗碗機，烤箱，電磁爐。適合喜歡買菜做飯的家庭入住。酒店位置離市中心2公里grab叫車50K越南盾。經濟實惠。5樓通泳池，目前游泳感覺水有點涼。和管家微信溝通回覆不會很及時，但確實也沒啥急事需要馬上回復，總之是會回覆的。

房間最多算民宿標準。感覺床單沒有那麼乾淨，皺巴巴的。沒有前台，聯繫全靠電話，不是特別方便。還有就是這個絕對絕對算不上五星，也算不上五星標準
