Tuvimos una estancia agradable aquí ya que el lugar estaba muy limpio y la vista desde el apartamento era realmente genial. Hay muchas tiendas alrededor del edificio, por lo que podemos comer algo o hacer algunas compras fácilmente. Los propietarios también son serviciales y agradables. Realmente recomendado.

Esta propiedad fue increíble y la recomendamos encarecidamente. Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y están bien mantenidas. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas con una nevera grande y una bonita vista. ¡La piscina es increíble y la ubicación es magnífica! Cerca de todo incluyendo patinaje, restaurantes, parques infantiles, parques y un muy buen centro comercial con vistas desde arriba. Nos registramos a medianoche y el anfitrión estaba levantado y dándonos la bienvenida. Gran comunicación del propietario. Muy útil mientras estuvimos allí respondiendo todas nuestras preguntas.

The hotel is located in Binh Thanh District,it takes 10 minutes to get to the center but it is new and very clean, quiet

This service apartment is a rip off! 1. The apartment is not at all in the Landmark Plus Residences, only their office is! You get a random apartment in another Landmark Building 2. Amenities, like swimmingpool, are therefore also different to the description 3. for the New Year’s Eve we booked a river view apartment. When we arrived at New Year’s Eve we got a random apartment, not like the description, looked smaller and had no river view! When I tried to reduce our stay with 1 night a few days before they said cancelation was not possible because they reserved and held exactly this apartment for us all this time, but as we came it was sold out! Only solution was to cancel the whole booking. At that time it was already almost 21:00 on New Year’s Eve and nowhere to go with 3 kids. We had to stay but our New Year’s eve plans were ruined! Because we stayed that 1 night, they didn’t allow us to cancel the rest of our stay and get refunded, because now the cancelationpolicy was no longer valid in their opinion. 4. The condition of the apartment was quite worn down (Fotos) and we had a neighbor that played his musik real loud in the morning from 7 o clock on 5 We have to say that the service staff ( not the management) were really friendly and helpful

Nice property for families, we arrived late night and the host was kind and supportive. A very good location with ATMs, shopping mall, restaurants, groceries shops etc.,

Old apartments, smells bad inside, un-clean but customers service was somewhat friendly.

High floor with clear view, well-functioning equipment, convenient location

Because of the accident, I needed to urgently cancel my stay, but hotel didn’t agree and refuse to send me any money back. Even though, I haven’t even arrive, they still keep my reservation and money. I tried to called them many times, as well as contact through the agent, but it was unsuccessful. Horrible service and not nice people.

Interior is a little dated. Definately in need of a fresh coat of paint. Walls had marks from living to bedrooms. Some items like kitchen faucet and bathroom flush needed servicing. Gave 3 stars for cleanliness cos there were ants every where. Bedroom beds spring mattress were too soft for our taste. No support. Apt came with washing machine and dryer. That's a plus for us. Communications was satisfactory. Location of Landscape Plus is just less than 100m walk to Landscape 81 tower. Another plus for us. Good views from the Apt.

호텔 측이랑 연결이 매우 어렵습니다….(레지던스이다 보니 프런트는 대응을 잘 안해주려 합니다) 2박 이상 청소 실시인데 청소는 이루어지지 않았고 수건, 물 및 휴지도 요청한 시간에 이루어 지지 않아 다시 연락해야 받을 수 있어요. 특정 물품에 대하여 디포짓을 요구합니다.(한화 약 5만원) 체크아웃시 돌려 받긴 했으나, 잘 챙기셔야 할 것 같아요. MRT? 역사 방향의 고층을 배정 받았는데 뷰 하나는 정말 좋았습니다.
