La ubicación es conveniente. El personal es profesional y cortés. Se ofrece té gratuito por la tarde de 2 a 4 de la tarde. El desayuno es de buena calidad. El camarero Sam es un chino extranjero y habla cantonés. Definitivamente elegiré este restaurante la próxima vez.

El servicio aquí es increíble. Ha sido mi contacto largo y se aseguró de que tuve una gran estancia en el hotel. Es muy pensador y siempre ofrece ayuda. Los otros miembros también fueron muy amables. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

El hotel Roseland Sweet Hotel es un hotel de valor para dinero, y habría muchos otros hoteles similares fácilmente encontrados en línea, pero lo que hizo que Roseland se destacaba fue uno de sus empleados Kiet Anh, que es un campanario, escritorio frontal, concierge todos rodados en uno. La semana que estuve allí, trabajaba todos los días y todas las horas, casi lo veo todo el tiempo cuando estoy en el lobby, ya sea que salga o vuelva. Su luminoso, alegre y amable desempeño, además de su muy personal contacto, está en par con el servicio que se encuentran sólo en los hoteles de 5 o 6 estrellas. Roseland tiene la suerte de haber empleado a un personal como él; y dado el tiempo y la buena aparición, sería un excelente personal de gestión en la industria de la hospitalidad. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad. ¡Nos vemos pronto!

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was a definite improvement on the first stay. We were upgraded to an Executive room which was much nice than the first. The room was on the 7th floor, it was light and bright and a lot more room. The pool had been cleaned but was still not totally mould free. Breakfast is nice if you get in early otherwise there is nothing left. They don’t seem to restock it. There is a great variety of choice from western omelette to Vietnamese soup to rice porridge. They do cater well. There are still small things to improve on but a great step up. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to extend our stay till the evening as we had a late flight home. Right near the market if that’s your thing but also close to sights and restaurants.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

La ubicación era conveniente ya que estaba conectada directamente con Landmark81. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y sencillo. El piso de la cocina estaba empapado de agua, Si el interior del gabinete permanece sucio, La limpieza era mala. La ropa de cama también olía mal. 　 (Respondieron rápidamente a las consultas y cuando les pedí que reponeran el papel higiénico, lo trajeron de inmediato). Agradecí que hubiera agua y comodidades mínimas (cepillo de dientes, champú). Además, esperaba que hubiera una piscina, pero después de registrarme descubrí que la piscina estaba restringida solo para residentes. La descripción en trip.com decía que había una piscina como instalación, pero el propietario explicó que estaba descrita en detalle, por lo que me decepcionó no poder usar la piscina.

Esta es nuestra primera visita a Ho Chi Minh City y la 1ª para quedarse en SOHO Residente y hotel que estamos muy felices y agradables vacaciones...  la ubicación es la mejor ... el personal de servicio Sra.Kim que son muy útiles y comprensibles...como reservamos Trip.com Mekong El hotel de la ciudad de Soho está en el centro de la ciudad de la ciudad.

La piscina nos permitió que nos quedara fresco y la dama nos conoció y nos explicó que estabamos apurando la limpieza para que podamos llegar pronto y nos dejara almacenar nuestros bolsillos. La piscina está muy fría y la piscina está muy fría. La primera piscina fría que hemos encontrado en Vietnam y es sólo la mejor! El bloqueo de apartamentos en el que está tan tranquilo es perfecto para relajarse. Usted tiene una máquina de lavar si quiere hacer cualquier lavado. Tiene una cocina pequeña para que pueda cocinar algunas bases y ahorrarte un poco de dinero.

The apartment was nice, spotless. The host was Very helpful and friendly, easy to contact. They were always there when I needed their help. I will come back in September. I highly recommend.
