Disappointing from the very start. Not enough parking spots for hotel guests, so one is sent away to „see whether there is any space behind the hotel“ or to find public parking and then asked to re-park later on in the evening. Ordering cake at 5.30 pm is not possible, one is being told by an impatient, incredibly rude young waiter, although plenty of pastry is on display in the lounge. Finally, there is limited capacity to dine in the restaurant for hotel guests since , apparently, reservations need to be made way in advance. None of this is mentioned during the booking process or during check-in. The location is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, but the service, overall is poor, with the only exeption of Mr Simunovic, a truly lovely human being.
