Registro fácil. Desafortunadamente, la habitación tenía corrientes de aire y era ruidosa. Partes de la cama cubiertas con cinta adhesiva. No hay presión de agua en la ducha. El hotel ha visto días mejores. Además, no hay opciones en el desayuno. Eran solo las 08:00

Hotel limpio y agradable, 1 almohada era mala, una con botones. El otro estuvo bien. El registro de entrada y salida fue un poco extraño, no había personal en el mostrador. Personal amable, buen desayuno. Cuarto tranquilo.

Great location, lovely breakfast and cozy large rooms. My ten day stay could not have been more comfortable. The host even lent me his bicycle, when I was not able to find a rental. Used the bicycle to commute to work and tour arround Herentals for a couple of days. Thank you so much!!

The hotel itself is quite basic, very minimal amount of decoration or attempting to give it a concept, besides the obvious Gothic elements in lighting and having breakfast in the big chapel. Our room, though quiet was functional. We missed an extraction fan in the bathroom. The service at breakfast was very friendly. For the amount of money paid we expected more of a concept. More decoration, the immersive experience was missing. We borrowed some bikes from friends, which we were able to stall inside the hotel without issues so that was very nice!

Very nice room and excelent restaurant. I think I'll chose the same hotel when I'm back again for business. The only advise is, if needed, to book a taxi the day before, otherwise it could be difficult to leave the hotel and arrive on time where you must go.

Great Service - very accommodating- I would recommend the hotel for anyone traveling thru Herentals- very clean and very nice accommodations - we are in the restaurant because we arrived late in the evening and the food was excellent - try it !!

Perfect host. Very friendly. Super nice clean rooms with full accommodations. Surprised by everything. Good prices. Build in a old church. Breakfast royal. On the city market. Lots of shops. Historical seeings.

The hotel was very comfortable, the amenities offered in the bathrooms were great. The room for my needs was perfect. Good space , great wifi and internet, breakfast can do with some improvement. Location in the grote markt is excellent.
