第一次入住這麼好的酒店，整體裝修很大氣，給人一種不同的體驗，能看到酒店設計的處處用心，設施配備完善，有洗衣機和烘乾機，山裡的空氣很好，吸氧量很足，服務非常周到，環境很寧靜，床品很乾凈舒適，喜歡喜歡！！！

選了好幾天的民宿，果然沒失望，衞生非常優秀，一開門能聞見淡淡的香味，家裡人有潔癖，非常注重床品和馬桶衞生，進屋查看了一圈，沒一點瑕疵，給保潔點贊。初到這家民宿就被其獨特的設計風格深深吸引。老闆和員工都非常熱情，提供了很多當地旅行和美食的建議。晚上坐在露台上看星星，感覺整個世界都變得安靜了。這裏不僅是住宿的地方更是讓人放鬆和找回自我的好去處。

民宿的工作人員服務態度非常好，熱情周到，解決問題的速度也非常快。從預訂到入住再到退房，民宿的工作人員都給予了我很大的幫助，讓我感到賓至如歸。民宿的環境氛圍真的很棒，有種遠離城市喧囂的感覺，讓人感到寧靜和舒適。還參加了採茶的課程和活動老師都非常的專業~

整個兩天一晚行程安排合理，性價比高，服務很周到，非常省心。首先實名錶揚一下網上和我對接的管家姐姐，我從小紅書上了解到這個竹海山居的訊息後，管家姐姐熱情的給我推薦並耐心的介紹詳細的流程，認真的回覆了我的每一條消息。對於升級觀山房的住宿需求也認真的幫我們對接，行程裏面需要單獨付費的景區和保險費用也有特別提醒我們，以便我們瞭解清楚。對我們的問題真的都會迴應，行程中還發消息提醒我們紫外線強要做好防曬，詢問我們的住宿情況，住宿環境很不錯可以，乾淨衞生，也熱心地給我們推薦了一些當地的美食、特產，開心的旅程

一家無論外觀還是環境服務都很棒的酒店，給我留下很好的印象，這家酒店配套設施很齊全餐廳、棋牌室、茶室、户外的桌椅帳篷等，晚上吃完飯坐在外面聽蟲鳴鳥叫身心得到凈化，晚間的夕陽也是一道美麗的風景線。店內的管家和店長都有很多的服務，十分推薦這家酒店以後還會再來

衞生：房間很清新整潔，入住之前管家會巡房，確保房間的衞生和安全，一進房間就看到放了一束鮮花充滿驚喜，特別好
環境：空氣優質環境絕佳，住在這裏感覺置身於一個仙境，裝修風格和佈置都充滿了濃厚的藝術氛圍，很走心，每一處都是拍照打卡的絕佳地點，忍不住想把每個角落都拍下來分享給朋友們🤗
設施：很適合需要團建的寶寶，場地不受限，據説可以容納一百多號人，户外有茶室有露營還可以篝火狂歡、燒烤、烤全羊、煙花，室內可以KTV、餐食、圍爐煮茶，有超大會議室（可容納上百人），還配有洗衣房解決了這次遊玩兒沒有帶夠衣服的困擾哈哈～
服務：管家團隊服務很周到貼心，答覆也很及時知道我大概幾點到店，提前還準備了水果茶點，天氣冷還專門贈送了一壺現煮的黃精水，太讚了
每次來到這裏，都有一種回家的感覺，這裏的一切都讓人覺得舒適和放鬆，一次完美的入住體驗，下次出遊還會選擇，強烈推薦👍👍👍

酒店裡的這幾顆杜鵑花真的超級出片，開的燦爛又張揚，還吃到了野生的小筍及艾葉粑粑，都特別好吃😋，酒店的環境真的特別好，很安靜，能聽到蟲鳴及鳥叫，非常治癒！
