Nice new hotel right in the centre of Helsinki. We had a suite and the view was magnificent. The room was also very quiet. Breakfast didn't have too much options but the ones served were of very good quality. No omelettes available though contrary to what somebody mentioned in an earlier review.

Very nice new hotel. A bit ofside from central area but a walking distance to Forum and Kamppi. Public transport is near the hotel. Our room was very big and spacious. Hotel was quiet and nicely cleaned. Breakfast was a bit small but everything was perfectly made. It was not too crowded which made our stay even better. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Red and it was truly an experience to remember. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted warmly by Kata. On top of that, we received a welcome card specially made by Sagar ＜3. Our room is very clean and it is complete with all the essentials that we need. There's a good selection at breakfast as well. Also, the location is near the train station.

The hotel was a lovely stay BUT when checking in the receptionist told us that we had breakfast included, from being told this we decided to wake up a little earlier the next morning to have breakfast in the hotel. We passed over our room number to the lady signing in for breakfast who told us to go ahead. My cousin had got a bowl of cereal and sat down to eat whilst I was getting some fruit. As I was heading to the table the lady came over and said that we did not have breakfast included. I kindly explained that we were told by the receptionist the day prior that we had breakfast included and that we weren’t fussed so wouldn’t have had it if it wasn’t. She said it must’ve been a communication issue, that reception “just didn’t tell them” we had breakfast included and that it was okay to eat. I have now been charged £28.20 for 2 breakfasts. We were not worried about having breakfast as we were planning on having food in airport before our flight home. It was not communicated to me at all that this would be charged from my account and I am very unhappy that I have been charged without a reply to my email concerning the matter! The receptionist and the staff at breakfast gave us false information and now I am £30 out of pocket for 2 small breakfasts still with no contact back from the hotel about this. I am furious!

A stylish and sleek hotel at a walkable distance from the main square and the train station. I attended a university event and the campus was around the corner. I recommend staying in a superior room as it provides beautiful views of the park and feels quite spacious. The breakfast selection is superb! Highly recommended!
