在漢庭訂了2間雙床房連續住了三天，酒店環境很好，提前給我們辦理了入住，早餐豐富，因為黑河不大，所以去哪個景點都不遠，離中央大街很近，幾分鐘的距離。每天都會有做衞生的阿姨幫我們打掃房間，前台的美女姐姐們非常熱情，對每位顧客都細心的照顧，讓出門在外的我們有家的感覺，再一次攜全家對你們的真誠服務表示感謝🙏🏻

這家漢庭設施還是比較新的。但印象最深刻的是前台的服務，第一天到晚了幾近滿房，前台根據我反饋的問題全力做了快速解決。退房時巧遇女神節，前台還贈送了小小的伴手禮。下次來黑河會繼續選擇這家酒店。

特別滿意，新裝修的應該是，所有的設施都很新，我定的1.8大床房有窗户，床很舒服，睡的很踏實。暖氣超級足，大冬天熱的我都開窗户睡覺了。隔音效果挺好的，最重要的是熱水好，水很熱又上水快。電視裏電視頻道也多，操作也簡單。
前台小姐姐特別好，很熱心的又耐心的回答你的問題，會主動幫助你，對於社恐的特別友好。
早餐也不錯，基本都有，有個女經理還是啥的小領導吧，看到沒有菜品了，馬上吩咐後廚準備，我觀察其他客人吃的都很滿意呢。
地理位置也不錯，離江邊很近，離步行街也近，走幾步就到了。
住的很好很滿意，下次還來。

在小城市酒店的選擇不多，我會首選連鎖酒店，果然沒有選擇錯。酒店在市中心，去哪裡都方便，從火車站打車過來也是10分鐘，可以步行到母親廣場，去當地比較有名的餐廳也可以步行20多分鐘。打車去黑河口岸也是10分鐘左右吧。酒店裡有加濕器，而且能開窗户，這點對廣東人來説真的太友善了。特別要讚的是枕頭，有一個軟的，有一個硬的，真的不要太舒服了。還有酒店的工作人員也很專業，很友善。還有免費的冰糖葫蘆，孩子也喜歡。很久沒有住過那個舒服的漢庭酒店了。

酒店環境很好。服務很熱情。房間温度也適宜。入住第一天還送了飲品。酒店管理人員知道生病不舒服之後主動詢問用不用送自己包的餛飩。打掃衞生阿姨也是推薦附近好的診所。來黑河住這裏就對了。服務個房間衞生環境都沒得説。非常好。
