Excellent location. Just opposite MixC Mall. Staff are friendly. Love the double bed room and big toilet and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.Chinese Breakfast is reasonable for the price. We were guided by an “uncle” to find the small entrance to 5th floor. Will come back again. Love it. 🥰

A large, very spacious room.... worth the price. The entrance to the hotel is a bit complicated

Room was clean, big and well maintained. However, the lobby is on 5th floor and getting to the lobby was rather shabby. For visitors not familiar with mandarin, it is a problem. Luckily we had with us someone that is can read mandarin.

I often stay in this hotel when I’m visiting my friend in Hefei. The first time finding it can be tricky as the entrance off the street is a little doorway to a service elevator which you take to the 5th floor. I tried the breakfast one time and it was bad so I always skip it like on this trip. But it’s connected with a mall area so plenty of food around.

Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

The room I booked was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of travel. The room was also equipped with a television, which I enjoyed watching during my downtime. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. The overall ambiance of the room was cozy and welcoming. One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met during my stay. It’s also the “Swan Lake”

A wonderful stay, good location and had everything we needed it to have.

Location is perfect. Near public transport, close to sightseeing places and dining areas. Walking proximity to MixC shopping mall.

Very good service, nice and clean room. Towels need to be changed though, some of them were pretty old. Clean, but old. Location is good but you won’t find cheap local restaurants around.

I enjoyed this stay, was really comfortable although they were eager to get us out soon

Not the easiest to find. The staff are nice. The room is nice and clean. Would visit again.
