YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

SSoudsathit VandixayWe had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..”
Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

Kudos to the team for letting us check in early like around 9am kind of early. IT MADE OUR DAY! we just arrived via an overnight train. To armour up from the cold and using the toilet facilities before we set out for our first itinerary.
Very convenient location. Near to Central street. Opposite line 2 which brings us directly to harbin snow and ice world. Walked to the cathedral too.
The bedsheets and towel had stains. But I saw them literally changing the bedsheets and taking new towel so it was fine.
Toilet was inside the room. Not sure if the floor mat was not given to us due to the rushed cleaning. So it was kind of wet after we showered.
No towels was given -＞ probably forgotten but we asked and they gave.
No hand soap -＞ not an issue just use the body wash as soap
Not enough power plugs and just 1 side table -＞ just have to make do and switch out the things that require power plug eg boiling water charging hair dryer and so on.
Hair dryer was provided but I brought my own.

UUsuario invitadoUn buen hotel de rápidos, es mi aspecto favorito y limpio.La habitación grande reservada, aunque no es grande, es suficiente. Lo mejor es que, aunque la habitación está al final del pasillo, no se encuentra tan lejos como algunos hoteles rápidos, sino que pronto llega a la cabina, la seguridad y la comodidad son muy buenas. Los servicios de saneamiento acústico de la habitación son muy satisfactorios. Y la reserva es muy conveniente para salir.
La habitación está en una calle llamada calle de venta y de coche. A los alrededores del primer hospital, caminar por unos pasos es comer. Las fotos de las últimas son las ventanas del hotel, y el segundo es el helado de la cercana parque de hielo.

La administración es desordenada y la disposición de las camas no está de acuerdo con las reglas.
