環境：進入門廳前兩眼一黑，大門在天橋下面，有樓梯而且樓梯比較破，得提着行李哼哧哼哧上台階到辦理入住的前台。整棟樓衹有一個電梯，需要刷卡。
服務：挺友善，沒啥毛病
設施：這個價格在哈爾濱不算低了，看到房間非常非常非常小！震驚，除了香港好久沒有看到過這麼小的房間了，單人還將就，雙人住的話連箱子都沒法同時打開。房間和廁所都是提供一次性杯子，沒有玻璃杯。空調沒問題，冰箱別想了。位置不算好不算差，畢竟哈爾濱市區供遊客玩的地方不多，也就那麼些地方。
下次再來哈爾濱，同等價位一定是不會再住這裏了。

房間整體來説還不錯，雖然空間有些小，但是還比較舒服。房間會有一些味道，希望以後收拾完房間後可以開窗户通風。

設施：設施完善，齊全
衞生：衞生條件好，很乾凈
環境：環境好，舒適整潔。
服務：前台服務很熱情。
特別好的一次入住體驗，距離哈葯六廠喝工程大學都挺近的。出門打車也特別方便。穿過酒店後面的小區就是小吃街，很很多好吃的。

住了這麼多次如家吧，這次是體驗比較差的，本來不想給差評的，但是想想還是覺得不咋樣。前台工作人員態度、服務都很好，但是還是有很多問題讓我們感到不便：
1.房間裏面竟然不配備紙抽、沒有茶包。我住這麼多酒店從來沒見過不給配紙抽的，跟前台説了之後衹説衞生間的捲紙能多給兩卷……抱歉我們是在不喜歡用捲紙擦嘴；茶包也是，到房間後，茶水託盤裡空空盪盪，茶杯沒有，茶包、咖啡包什麼也沒有，衹有兩瓶礦泉水和兩個紙杯……問了樓道打掃衞生的阿姨，她非常勉為其難地説，茶包可以給兩個，第二天又沒有了……
2.打掃衞生：我們住了一晚上之後，第二天早上出門，走廊打掃衞生的阿姨問我們：“你們還續住嗎？續住就不打掃衞生了。”當時一整個無語住了，打掃衞生不是每天都該乾的事？？續住就不給打掃了？？？這是哪裡的規定。為了避免這樣的情況，我們後來果斷把打掃衞生的牌掛上了，然後晚上回來被子確實疊整齊了，一掀開枕頭，底下全是頭髮……
3.電梯問題： 這沒啥好説的，就是擠。我可以理解這個酒店已經很多年了，但是8層樓衹有一部小電梯是不是也太少了，每次都非常擠，加上送外賣的小機器人、酒店工作人員，甚至有時候一趟都上不去。
4、房間牆壁上特別是電視背景牆，非常臟，窗簾拉開窗户邊的牆也是，衞生真的需要提升
