Fue una estadía perfecta, celebré un cumpleaños fascinante en el hotel, especialmente cuando regresé, de repente encontré un pastel de cumpleaños en mi habitación, es increíble, la habitación es muy limpia y acogedora, aunque es más grande que los hoteles normales, la vista de las ventanas es pintoresca, el desayuno es variado y delicioso, el servicio es muy cálido. Espero poder quedarme aquí de nuevo

Most friendly hotel in Harbin. Next time if i visit Harbin i will stay again. The staffs are even wonderful! Specially Demi helped us in challenging situations. She helped us a lot! This is a reference of customer service.

The rooms were too warm and it was impossible to get the temperature down.

For the price paid, the hotel is good and clean. All the plugs are with universal plug so I don't even need to use my converter plug which is great! Due to the weather outside, inside can be quite stuffy as in Singapore we are too used to air-conditioning. But opening the window a little bit did help. They have a tub too.. nearby just behind the hotel there a playground and area to play with snow.. the big mall is also nearby..

Modern hotel with excellent service at the reception, just the location is not very central and the breakfast area is very noisy.

Location of this hotel is close to the Ice and Snow Festival. Overall service of the hotel is great except for when we checked in. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was extremely bad and impatient. During our last night the heating in our room was not working and they changed another room for us immediately. So well done for looking after your guests. The buffet breakfast was ok with a selection of food.

We had a good stay at the Steigenberger. The staff we interacted with were attentive. The room was spacious and overall comfortable, if a tad warm for my liking. I was seemingly able to turn on the AC, but I don’t believe it was actually pumping in cool air. Neither of us slept with the comforter and we both woke up sweaty one morning. The bathroom was clean, but I did notice the bathtub was dusty around the top, under the window and mirrors.

Very nice airport hotel. Rooms clean service good. Only disappointment was the gym was micro small with limited equipment. Felt very crowded with 3 people. Would give the gym only 1 star.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Location is next to a huge mall, and surrounded by restaurants. Hotel facilities is good

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is really clean big and comfortable, staffs are very enthusiastic, and not very far from tourist attractions.
