設施挺新，但是員工培訓做的不到位。先説停車，都知道中央大街附近停車肯定不容易，所以看到有車位，訂的。結果衹有10個車位，完全停不下。然後服務員告訴我可以停到附近百貨，我真的無語。我們到酒店停車場門口，給前台打電話，告訴我要辦了入住才能停。我説我已經在停車場門口了，能不能先讓我進去，然後我們馬上進去辦理入住，已經造成交通堵塞了，旁邊就是交警，讓我把車停到哪啊。服務員彷彿復讀機，無論怎麼説，衹回覆一句話，麻煩你先到前台辦理入住。我覺得這個流程就很不合理。接下來一系列操作都很無語，辦理入住真的慢，辦了好久，身份證還給我了。然後又要回去。停車場已經停滿了，我説把車鑰匙放在前台，如果有車要出去，幫忙挪一下。怎麼説也不行，我爸都準備不跟我們出去了，在酒店呆著，怕影響其他車出行。最後老闆出現才同意。早餐也是我不能接受的，椅子不夠用，服務員解決不了，都站着吃了。然後餐都是涼的，沒有保暖措施。炒飯沒有了，跟服務員説，説馬上能上，結果20分鐘後，不衹炒飯沒上，裝炒飯的盤子都撤掉了。煎蛋也排不上，粥還要服務員給你盛，關鍵是涼。入住後給前台打電話麻煩送小童牙刷送來的是成人的，沒有小童用牙膏。總之有點失望。
