Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

Rooms are equipped with modern conveniences like flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free Wi-Fi. The room I've stayed offers an exciting city view, which I would highly recommend. 3. Facilities: Guests can enjoy a Japanese-style bathhouse, a thermal-water swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa offering beauty treatments and massages. The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. Pros: • Good value for money. • Excellent breakfast options. • Clean and well-maintained facilities. • Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: • Little far from major tourist attractions, but close to Lake and church. • The street outside can be busy and noisy, which might be a drawback for those sensitive to street noise. Overall, Super Hotel Candle is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfortable accommodation with good facilities in a quieter part of Hanoi.

I stayed here 6 nights in Hanoi first in the standard room then the belcony room. The service of staff is friendly enough. The rooms are quite nice although alittle old. The belcony room gets alittle street noise in the mornings early. The location is quite good a 20 minute walk to the old quarter. There is plenty of nice food around. I would stay again happily.

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

Me quedaré en este hotel en mayo con Michael, con quien he estado antes en Hanoi, expresiva en los viejos barrios. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno para usted y su servicio es más importante que cualquier otra cosa que he experimentado en mis viajes. ¡Por favor, no te preocupes por el taxi que necesitas, Michael te arreglará si va a viajar desde el aeropuerto de lujo a Sapa o a Halong Bay, y también Lucy, que trabaja allí y tiene una cara muy amable y sonriente para darte la bienvenida! El hotel está muy bien situado en la zona del 'Old Quarter' El personal es súper atento, amable y amigable (nos ayudaron a organizar la excursión a Ninh Bình ofreciendonos muchísimas opciones). Las instalaciones son nuevas y la habitación era grande y espaciosa con balcón. El equipo de limpieza hace un magnífico trabajo, siempre que volvíamos estaba todo limpio y ordenado. (Las habitaciones disponen de todas las comodidades:gel, champú, secador, cepillo de dientes...) Nosotras solo cogimos el desayuno y estaba riquísimo. Todos los días tenían variedad de fruta, tostadas, cereales, también comidas calientes como Bacon, noodles. También nos reservaron el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto Si volviera a Hanoi, sin duda volvería aquí. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Amazing stay at this small hotel. Hotel is new and clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and hotel provided four fluffy pillows (which is rare because normally it’s just two flat ones). Sometimes we came back to take a break and ended up falling asleep because it was too comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and we also requested for laundry to be done for a fee (50k per kg) and it was done within a day. Location is great with lots of food options!

Một trải nghiệm rất SPLENDID !!! Trải nghiệm staycation n*** giữa thủ đô rất tuyệt tại đây và với vị trí ở n*** trung tâm phố cổ, việc đi lại rất tiện lợi, kể cả đi bộ hay bắt xe taxi. Khách sạn rất mới với trang bị các cơ sở vật chất hiện đại và khang trang, sảnh khách sạn rất đẹp nhưng ấn tượng nhất là bể bơi trên sân thượng (có view rất đẹp và nước lọc liên tục nên sạch, trong). Nhân viên ở đây lịch sự, tiếp đón chu đáo và cẩn thận.

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.
