The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.

I stayed two nights there in two different rooms. One overlooking the street and one with windows but with no views. Both were good and quiet. The bed was super comfy, very nice bed linen, great bathroom with powerful shower. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

El hotel está muy bien situado en la zona del 'Old Quarter' El personal es súper atento, amable y amigable (nos ayudaron a organizar la excursión a Ninh Bình ofreciendonos muchísimas opciones). Las instalaciones son nuevas y la habitación era grande y espaciosa con balcón. El equipo de limpieza hace un magnífico trabajo, siempre que volvíamos estaba todo limpio y ordenado. (Las habitaciones disponen de todas las comodidades:gel, champú, secador, cepillo de dientes...) Nosotras solo cogimos el desayuno y estaba riquísimo. Todos los días tenían variedad de fruta, tostadas, cereales, también comidas calientes como Bacon, noodles. También nos reservaron el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto Si volviera a Hanoi, sin duda volvería aquí. Lo recomiendo al 100%

The hotel may be old but most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and it feels like home. And clean. Cleanliness is very important to me. The rooms are ”huge”! I love this 80+sqm size, so nice to have large rooms once & for all !! And toilets are clean & huge! Location is excellent, it's about 10 mins to the Old Quarters but the location around the hotel is good - some nice restaurants & generally much better than staying in the old quarter area which can be hap hazard.

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

Tengo mucha suerte de alojarme en este hotel, la ubicación del hotel está al lado del lago Hoan Kiem, a menos de un minuto a pie. Este hotel acaba de ser renovado, las habitaciones son limpias y modernas. Me quedé muy impresionado con el skybar con vistas a la puesta de sol y a toda la ciudad de Hanoi. Además, la piscina es algo que no te puedes perder cuando te alojas en este hotel. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles del casco antiguo pero esta es la primera vez que veo una piscina con un estilo tan moderno. La gente del Departamento de Recepción es muy amable, estoy muy impresionado con Van del Departamento de Recepción, ella me ayuda mucho. Ese amigo me presentó muchos restaurantes y cafés deliciosos con hermosos espacios. Elegiré el hotel Splendid Premium para mis próximas visitas a Hanoi.

Fantastic hotel that is walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Old Hanoi and the French Quarter! Very clean and comfortable beds, and the staff was exceptional, particularly Miss Quynh, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. She really helped us find our way in Hanoi, and feel at home.

Muy hermosa vista y área. Muchas playgrounds. El apartamento es nuevo y limpio. Hay todo lo que necesitas. Propietario responsable 🥰🥰 Lo recomiendo totalmente.
