Valoraciones de Hanoi Amore Hotel & Travel

It’s a 2-star hotel (based on the number of stars displayed on its signboard). The facilities are ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed there 3 nights and was given 2 nos of 350m water bottles per day FOC. The room service is free as I was told. The only opportunity for improvement that I could see is the water heater in my room. The hot water didn’t come out consistently throughout. It was running a while only then the water become cooler, but I guess not all rooms have this problem. Overall, I’m having good experience here. Will book it again if I go to Hanoi next time

Khạch sạn nằm n*** trung tâm Hà Nội đi lại thuận tiện. Có hầm đỗ ô tô cũng là 1 điểm cộng. Phòng sạch có cửa sổ view đẹp.

前台英文服務，幫拿行李，作為2星級別酒店完全符合預期。

有點老舊，浴室沒有固定的花灑，衹有可拿下來的噴頭。

酒店房間很大，佈置得也很典雅，老闆人很好，必須點贊。 酒店可以幫忙訂來回機場出租車，如果沒有越南打車小程序可以讓老闆幫忙，很方便。 周圍有一些小吃店，越南春捲和河粉可以嘗試。 就是周圍環境不是很好，比較臟亂，尤其是門口的河水，有臭味。但越南基本上環境都是這樣，沒辦法。
