So we enjoyed ourselves so much at this hotel we ended up staying here 3 separate times while doing Ha Giang Loop and ha long bay.
The staff checked us in at 3am one night and even helped us forward in some mail. They are happy to hold bags and help with any need.
The beds are comfy, showers warm, good AC and wifi.
Definitely stay here while you're in Hanoi!

It's a little bit hard to find but with the help of a nice local person I was able to get there without any major problems. The room was definetely matching my expectations, the only thing I would have loved to see is providing a bottle of shampoo and not just a small one time use size one.
Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helped me out a lot, thank you very much!

All beddings were dirty. Bedsheet, pillow cover etc had hair on them. There was no elevator to the room on 6th floor. Had to go up 1 floor on a very narrow spiral staircase and it was very annoying to get the luggage up and down.

ハノイ観光する人にとっては良いロケーションだと思います。ただ、ホテルの場所が通り沿いではなく、Googleにのっていない家と家の間の細い道を通ってたどり着く場所なのでチェックインするときは見つけるのが簡単ではないです。ベトナム人の友達も見つけるのに苦労していたのでタクシードライバーとかに聞いてもわからないかもです。近くの人に聞けばすぐわかるかも。
まあみなさん優しい人でしたし子供もいましたし現地の人の生活を間近で感じられて私はこの場所が嫌ではありませんでした。
清潔感は日本のホテルや高級ホテルほどではありませんが、潔癖でない人にとっては十分でした。虫も2月に行ったからかホテルでは小さな虫を少ししか見かけませんでした。
サービスはツアーも申し込めるし、カードから現金にpaid outしてもらえるし(できればやめた方がいいかも)、Wi-Fiもあるし、スタッフのみなさん笑顔だし、チェックイン時におすすめのベトナム料理店やベトナムでの注意事項(乗ってもいいタクシーや偽通貨など)などが記載された紙をもらえるしとにかく全体的に良心的でした。案内した部屋を間違えたから部屋を変えてくれないかと頼まれて移動したり、延泊した時に姉妹ホテルに移動することを当日の朝に言われたりすることはあったのでそういうのがあることだけは注意してください。
アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、石鹸がついて困ることはなかったです。部屋を移動した際に求めてもないのにスタッフが笑顔で追加をくれたりしました。石鹸は泡立ちが良くないです。

帰国のフライトが深夜だったため、20時までの滞在先として利用させて頂きました。
他のホテルを昼12時にチェックアウトし、こちらのホテルへ12:30頃に訪問し、チェックインしたところ、予約したツインルームは部屋の掃除が終わっていないので、定刻の14時まで待ってもらう必要があるが、ダブルルームなら直ぐチェックイン可能と提案して頂きました。
ここだけでホテルの親切さが伝わりました。
ダブルルームでOKとして部屋へ移動して一連のチェックをさせて頂きましたが、清潔感はバックパッカーであれば問題なく眠れます。
ベッド→やや湿ってました。
セイフティボックス→壊れています
冷蔵庫→カビています。
窓からの景色→民家に囲まれています。

Is difficult to find this hotel because the entrance is quite hidden, but overall the price is super affordable. The hotel is clean very well located, you can walk petty much to every tourist attraction. Lots of food options around, to choose from. If you are looking for affordability and convenience this is your place.

Very much loved this hotel for the price, it was clean and everyone was so nice and friendly and were able to watch our bags while we went to cat ba. Very walkable and right by night market. It is down a little alley way so look for the sign on the street. It was quiet even though it was so central. Free coffee in lobby, AC worked very very well
