ホアンキエム湖の北側すぐ近くの旧市街にあり、ロケーションは最高。部屋も比較的綺麗で、スタッフの対応もしっかりしています。朝食は品数が多いわけではないですが、フルーツも数品ありコストパフォーマンスが高いです。シャワーの出が若干弱いのですが、ベトナムのこのクラスのホテルではあるあるのレベルだと思います。勢いのあるシャワーが必要な人には不満があるかもしれません。私は十分でした。ただしシャワールームの床が滑りやすいので、備え付けのビーチサンダルを履いて入らないとちょっと危険かも。ホテルの前にある陶器屋さんはAmaiと同じもので、Amaiより安いです。

It’s in a great location, right by restaurants, bars and clubs. The room is basic but does a job of just having somewhere to sleep. Staff were nice and welcoming.
My only negative is that in the shower, there is no place to put the shower gel and they put the shower gel in a ceramic dispenser. Unfortunately it fell in the shower as I was washing (there’s no place to put it) and the hotel charged me for damages. This is something the hotel should consider sorting out - put something in the shower for the shower gel to be kept. Or put the shower gel and shampoo in plastic containers to avoid breakages.

This hotel was in a great location if you want to stay in the old quarter. Within walking distance of all the things of interest. The staff are friendly and polite and the room and amenities were good. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Hotel is located in a very nice location and it makes travellers easy to get to most of the destinations within the old town. The price is quite affordable so nothing to complain about the hotel. Just one thing, please have a door to separate the shower room and toilet.

Das Hotel liegt in der lebhaften Altstadt, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hilfe für die Weiterreise. Abholung vom Airport Hanoi auch perfekt organisiert. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein. Balkon und auch das Bad waren größer. Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, mehrere Banken in der Nähe, auch der Hoan Kiem See. Zur Haltestelle des "Hop On-Hop Off Busses sind es etwas 300m.. Bezahlung in EURO war möglich.

Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent english (I wish my Vietnamese was as good!). Air con worked perfectly. Good quality rooms with proper showers, lots of plugs, dressing gowns, TV you can connect a HDMI to. Staff were so kind, when they found out we were going to the Ha Giang loop the manager very kindly offered for us to keep our bags in the hotel for several days until we return to Hanoi. Good cooked breakfast with lots of fruit, toast, noodles/fried rice/sausages and pastries. Would stay again (and have booked to stay again )! Female manager at the front desk was especially helpful and really made us feel so welcome

We stayed in the King room with city view. Amazing room, with turn down service everyday between 12-2pm, which was nice. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The lady there during the day on Oct 22, 2023 was very helpful. I wish I got her name so I could leave it in the review. She scheduled us a couples massage at a spa at the last minute and had one of the door boys walk us over to it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and English speaking, which alleviated a lot of stress. ALSO, the free breakfast with the hotel was delicious and had a nice range of Vietnamese dishes and Western breakfast foods.
