The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

訂了山景負氧房，進大堂前的庭院很中式也很氣派，兩邊紅燈籠高掛，喜氣洋洋。香園的入住在旁邊的書吧內，很別緻。前台小姐姐很熱心辦理了入住手續，並贈送了很多水果和飲品。我們入住的是最頂頭的房間，需要電瓶車短駁出行，電瓶小哥們頂着冷風在山路上嫻熟的駕馭着車輛，應該給他們配備點手套，看有的小哥手都縮在衣服裏了，而且是7×24小時的，真心辛苦了。貼心的管家服務，入住之前管家會來電話並加微信，感謝管家小潘，小聶的熱心服務，解答了遊湘湖的不少問題，還送了生活必需品。酒店的水漾餐廳（菜品精緻味道好）和雲從餐廳都很好，服務也周到，很好的一次入住體驗。可能山裡比較安靜，飛機的聲音比較清楚，不過也不影響休息。

這次來旅遊，住到了一家超棒的酒店！前台的熊靜工作人員態度特別好，熱情又專業，辦理入住的時候恩慈讓人感覺很舒心。房間真的讓我太滿意了！空間十分寬敞，佈局合理，完全沒有那種侷促感。設施也很齊全，床品舒適，衞生狀況也無可挑剔。而且在同等價位的酒店中，這家的性價比簡直無敵了！花這麼實惠的價格就能住到這樣優質的房間，真的是撿到寶了。以後再來這邊，肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也推薦給各位出行的朋友們！

La primera vez que vine a Hangzhou, me hice fan de este hotel. Con mis dos bebés, cambié el tipo de habitación gratis, que es grande y limpia. La habitación es muy espaciosa, con una cama doble y un tatami enorme. Tenía miedo de que el niño durmiera deshonestamente, así que hice una cama especialmente en el tatami para que el niño duerma. Es muy considerado. El desayuno por la mañana es muy rico, y hay una cena después de las nueve de la noche, y hay muchas variedades.También está muy cerca de la estación de metro, y hay mucha comida y bebida abajo. El padre del niño dijo que vivirá aquí cuando venga a Hangzhou en el futuro.

Es muy sencillo elegir un hotel, pero elegir un buen hotel me siento como abrir. Viajar en Hangzhou, por casualidad, volví a este hotel. NNelson_N酒店位於西溪濕地裏麪，相比較於其他度假型酒店每天為客人安排很多活動，酒店裡沒有安排任何活動。服務人員的水平和素質很參差不齊，客房服務的全體員工應該沒有經過系統性的培訓：1. 出門前衣服掛在椅子上，回來後還是放在原處，沒有掛在樓下的衣櫥裏。 2. 化粧品出門前鋪開在梳粧枱麪，回來後也還是保持原狀。 3. 在酒店內部走動看到的客房服務人員，沒有目光交流，沒有問候，每個人都行色匆匆地走來走去，但不知道都在忙什麼。4. 在床頭放着玻璃杯，第一晚失手打碎了一個，首先玻璃杯放在床頭的想法就比較匪夷所思，check out時前台好心詢問是否受傷，正當覺得有些感動的時候，拎出一把掃碼槍，一個質量中等偏下輕飄飄的玻璃杯，盛惠25元。5. 院子內雜草叢生，缺乏維護和修剪。
除了服務以外，客房本身的設計缺陷，以及經年老舊的問題不再贅述，浴缸，洗手枱等位置可以明顯看到灰塵的堆積。每天早上8點半窗簾自動拉開，可能是軟件設定出了問題。
有一位前台客服人員很熱心，詳細地介紹了很多景點以及交通方式，感覺出來他在眾多服務人員中曲高和寡，鶴立雞羣，詢問之，答曰之前在法雲安縵工作，看得出來經過專業培訓的員工和其他服務人員還是存在巨大差距。
嚴格意義上來講不能算是度假酒店，因為在酒店裡的確可以做得事情不多，杭州的酒店民宿行業本土品牌太多，經營理念和培訓水平層次不齊，本店經營上目光短淺，接着位置的特色不思進取，不想做回頭客的生意、這是給客人最直觀的感受。下次來杭還是會選擇國際型連鎖品牌的酒店，對於服務方面會更有保障。

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.
