Glasgow (Hamilton)

I was aware that there was an individual car park for hotel and understood I would have epark near by. The carp is right in front of hotel but finding entrance was a nigh**are DON’T follow sat nav as leads you into one way system, bus gates and a blazing row between me and my husband. Once figured out was easy to find and hasn’t put us off coming back Hotel and staff brilliant and very central to town, hence the parking issue

The place is faultless. Pristine rooms. Perfect showers. Comfy bedding and extra pillows. Modern and decorated beautifully. This includes all corridors and adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Kettle with plenty of tea, milk, coffees available. Lots of mirrors , great lighting. The attached Beefeater. Superb. Everything readily available. Lunch and dinner offers. Great English breakfast including perfect butchers sausages!! Everything filled up , and labelled for easy use. Again faultless!

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. I use a wheelchair and the facilities were very good. The bedroom was very equipped for a disabled person to enjoy their stay.

I decided to book a trip last minute to Hamilton for some family time with my kids exploring the local area. The staff were all amazing from the minute I checked in right up until check out time. The room was spacious, cleaned to an exceptional standard and the restaurant was 10/10. I've never tasted such delicious food in a long time. Thank you!

Choose this hotel instead of inside Glasgow City Centre if you want a bit calm surrounding and cheap car park (£5.80/24hours). This hotel is not too far (20 minutes drive) from city centre or you can go by train. And if you don't have time to do some shopping at the city, there is Next, Asda, etc. near the hotel that you can reach by walking. Last but not least, you can find a lovely country park near the area. Just a perfect hotel for my family.

THE ROOM THE STAFF AND THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING GREAT SERVICE THE BEDS AND PILLOWS WHERE SUPER SOFT AND BEING RIGHT NEXT TO THE JEWL CARRIDGE WAY THE ROOM WAS SO QUIET AND CALM AND THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING THE DUVETS WHERE SO SOFT AND THE SECURITY WAS TOP NOCH

Overall, the staff were very professional, friendly and very helpful. The room was as I expected, clean and comfortable. The perfect location with easy access to the motorway, bus, and train stations.

A first stay at this particular hotel. Great location not far from the M74 junction and a short walk from the local railway station. Parking available right outside. Room was good although there was only a shower in the bathroom rather than a bath/ shower. The shower was great though. Slight issues at breakfast. The first morning I was there the hot food was set out buffet style however some of the food was not particularly warm such as the baked beans, mushrooms and scrambled eggs. The second morning the food was cooked to order however my cooked breakfast was brought to my table whilst I was eating my cereal.

Stayed for two nights over Hogmanay 2023 and in terms of comfort, etc it was exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn. What made a difference was the staff - who were excellent. Friendly, helpful and well trained, everybody knew their role and performed it cheerfully. Special mention for Jen, Bem and Ally, but really they were all great. Highly recommended.
