The hotel was easy to find, staff were quite friendly, especially the young lady on reception in the evening. The room was fairly standard; the bed didn’t fit the room so was on a diagonal and the bathroom I’m sure was bigger than the actual room. The shower doors didn’t work as they should so all the water went onto the floor- nothing I could do to stop it. Nice mirror in bathroom with light up magnified mirror built in. Drinks a reasonable price. Didn’t have breakfast. Quite far from Hamburg centre but the tube made it a little more doable.

Einzelzimmer im Erdgeschoss sauber, Bett etwas schmal. Neues Badezimmer mit alles was gebraucht wird. Preis Leistung völlig okay. Parkplatz am Haus und Terrasse mit Bedienung. Einige vom Personal sehr freundlich, aber nicht alle. Für 2 Nächte völlig okay.

Hôtel simple, propre et confortable. Les chambres et salles de bains sont assez spacieuses. Le personnel est agreable. La localisation est pratique pres des axes et peu éloignée du centre. Le cadre exterieur est un peu triste. Il s'agit d'un bon rapport quavité prix

Nicht weit weg vom Zentrum - in der Nähe hält ein Bus, das direkt zum Rathausplatz fährt. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze und Tiefgarage. Zimmer ausreichend gross und sauber. Extra Dank an Rezeptionisten - er hat uns bei unseren Fragen sehr geholfen. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung. Man konnte den Verkehrslärm hören.

Over het algemeen was alles wel in orde. Het is een vrij moderne kamer, maar niet 100% proper: er lag stof op de kasten in de badkamer. Als je de kamer op het gelijkvloers hebt, is er ook geluidshinder van de mensen die bv. ‘s ochtends ontbijten.

Es war ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel. Überaus nettes Personal. Zimmer absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Es hat an nix gemangelt. Die Fenster halten den Lärm der Straße sehr gut ab. Es war kein störendes Geräusch zu hören. Was auch anzumerken ist, ist der kostenlose Parkplatz. Das findet man noch selten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin hin und her gerissen. Es gibt wirklich schlechte Dinge. Und wirklich gute Dinge. Die Wahrheit liegt in der Mitte. Gut: - Personal super freundlich und versucht das Beste zu geben. -Zimmer sehen gut aus (optisch) -Bad „neu“ und gut. - Frühstück kann man machen, aber keine 10€ wert. Negativ: - von außen ganz schlimm (wollten fast wieder fahren) -Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Extrem ! - Frühstück mit den Basics. - Treppenhaus und frühstücksraum riechen nach Rauch, weil das Personal, Freunde und andere „Gäste“ bei offener Tür rauchen. Es ist okay, aber einfach nicht gut. Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.
