Discovering the hotel's sea-centered location was fascinating. Rigorous security measures, like photographing visitors during check-in, ensured a safe stay. The convenience of sea transport added to the overall accessibility, and the staff's dedication was evident throughout.

The service and overall amenities were great, i will recommend to check weather before booking as there is great view with the good weather conditions

The staff are very kind and friendly they help us from check in ,boat and to the island where the hotel place .When we are there we are amazed the design was so attractive and we felt at home perfectly for the 2 person who wanted a peaceful place to relax a far from the Chaos place...And soon everything are good and last but not the least in the morning the manager was talked to us He is very friendly ,kind and humble person...Thank you very much for all the staff 😀

Stayed in this hotel during our trip in the northern part of Vietnam. The hotel was recommended by the agency , the reviews were good and we were not disapproving. Even though, the style of the hotel is not our type but gives special vibes. The outdoor area is huge, the swimming pool is insane, very clean. The beach area is very nice, too. You can play volleyball, basketball in this hotel, the swimming pool has a bar with cocktails selection, the choice is not big but worth trying. Pavilion restaurant is great , beautiful view, the service is high level, too. The only recommendation is to write the ingredients of the dishes on the menu. Breakfast has very big selection, both non-vegetarian and vegan options. But it was super noisy in the morning, suggest to go before 9 a.m. We stayed during holidays, so there were a lot of kids screaming and running around. The location of the hotel is unique, it’s located on the separated island where you can get by the ferry every 20 mins. Some of the hotel staff is not very friendly, could be a bit more polite with the customers 😐. Overall, we had a nice stay, for this price is nice.

It was a terrible experience with this hotel, nothing went right since we checked in to this hotel! First of all, after we checked in, we found out they didn’t give us our room of what we paid for which is deluxe ocean view twin beds room, when I called the front desk, they told us to contact our travel agent 😳, so we went downstairs and talked to them, they apologized and promised to give us a deluxe ocean view twice beds room. So we assumed it will be a deluxe ocean view twin beds room with the new keys, guess what, they gave us a corner room with a tiny balcony with city view. So we had to went back down to the lobby again to fix the issue, the whole process told us over 3 hours to finally get the room of what we paid for. Once we checked in the room, it came with 2 pairs of indoor slippers in a pouch, one of them was grossly worn, and one of the bathroom towels had urinated stain on it 🤦♀️. The shower gel was empty, I requested to have it filled up the next day, it never happened. We paid for the dinner buffets, it was not worth the money at all. We saw many good reviews of this place and was expecting to had a great time staying there for 2 nights, it was a big disappointment for us. This place is dated and need to improve their food quality and sanitation

Best hotel I ever stay. It is very luxury and staffs provide very good service and very fast response.

The Hotel is located on its own island. If you want to go on the mainland you need to take the hotel ferry 24/7. The Room is a bit old but breakfast is quite OK.
