The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

I think the facility is luxurious and the service is very very good, considering that the price is not high. However, I think there should be more facilities for such a big villa, such as tennis court, beach, or other recreational facitlities. overall, the villa is big and nice.

La cena de buffet pagamos una noche que fue agradable, sin embargo, esperaba que hubiera algunas bebidas distintas del agua y el té/café en la oferta, usted podría comprar bebidas a través del bar por un costo adicional. El hotel es un hotel maravilloso. El personal estaba bienvenido y muy útil. El personal de la oficina turística nos ayudó a reservar las experiencias perfectas de vacaciones. La habitación era grande, bien equipada y tenía una vista al famoso Halong Bay. Seguramente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez!

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I'm really impressed with Sojo hotel. It was the first time I experienced smart hotel and I love everything about it. You don't have to be tech savvy to operate around your room thanks to the user-friendly app. Our room looks out to the amazing Halong Bay view. Waking up early and you can take a morning walk in the nearby park. There's a very big mall around the corner, too. You're literally in the heart of the city. What left a smile on my face is the genuine kindness and care of the staff. Huyen, Cuc and Ha tried their very best to take care of our breakfast and make sure we are happy with what was brought to the table. I would love to come back whenever I have a chance for sure. If you are looking for a relaxing and cool accomodations where your needs are well listened and catered to, then this is the right place to go for.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada. 👉 Sólo unos pocos empleados hablan inglés pero eso no será ningún problema 👉 En general, si planificas con tus padres/familia, deberías considerar este..

La zona de la ciudad fue muy agradable, con suelos de montaña y un diseño tranquilo. El bufete de almuerzo ofrece muchas opciones calientes y frías. Nos dijeron que no era tan ocupado en comparación con los fines de semana o las vacaciones, pero fue difícil relajarse en la zona común, especialmente en la zona de ahorro. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Además, nos encontramos muy desafortunados por ver a muchos huéspedes que se espian en todas partes, no respetando el entorno compartido. Encontrámos el hermoso entorno que se atormenta por personas que no respetaron la cortesía común que no se ha fortalecido para la experiencia completa.
