We stayed for 2 nights and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The check in was seamless and the room was beautiful. They even pay attention to little details like writing our name on a welcome card in the room. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had nice variety. The owner, Stephanie was in the breakfast room on the first morning and greeted us and asked how we were enjoying our stay. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks in the lounge and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it!

En el Holiday Inn, en John Savage, me quedé durante la semana de Marzo para viajes de negocios. Por supuesto, con el lugar cargado con niños, había un niño que tenía un ruido divertido pero nada me guardó de dormir bien, o una distracción de mi trabajo. Kudos al equipo del hotel para tratar el ”ataque” en familias tan bien .....un trabajo notable en circunstancias extremas ....(JOAN!!!!!) Divertido, incluso durante los tiempos sorprendentemente hectámicos, Joan y su equipo me había dejado una bonita nota y un trato de bienvenida. Como viajero de negocios que se queda en LOTS y LOTS de hoteles ...it realmente significa mucho cuando puedes venir a casa a la noche a una familia amistosa y profesional. Por mi parte, y debido al impresionante trabajo de equipo en el Holiday Inn de John Savage, nuestra empresa (más de 200 empleados en 4 provincias orientales) ha seleccionado el Holiday Inn como nuestro ”despacio de la familia” favorito . He dejado el Holiday Inn Dieppe donde ahora celebramos todas las reuniones de nuestro gerente y todos los gerentes quedamos allí durante los días de las reuniones. Todo fue debido a la magnífica liderazgo de Michelle y Joan y al excelente servicio al cliente durante los años que he estado. En mi camino a casa, tuve que pasar la noche en Dartmouth debido a las restricciones de vuelo ayer por la noche. ¿Me quedé fuera del aeropuerto que era más conveniente? No. Me quedé con mi familia lejos de casa en Dartmouth que, aunque sólo estaba pasando una noche rápida, ¡Me recuerdo! Siempre con una nota y un trato. Amazing customer service. Así que, Michelle, Joan, y el equipo ..... gracias por hacer mis viajes de negocios una experiencia tan agradable. Finalmente, Para un viajero de negocios que se queda en muchos hoteles en todo Canadá y principalmente en el este de Canadá .....Hay ciertamente lecciones en el servicio al cliente que se pueden extraer del equipo John Savage ........... Voy a ver a la gente de nuevo pronto! Gracias.

El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con 3 estrellas y tiene una ubicación ideal para los huéspedes.
