The day we were there they had a Sundae bar for families! $11.50 for the whole family, lots of happy faces for that!! Pool area could be bigger, gym was awesome!

My sister and I visited for three nights in Jan/24. Every staff member we dealt with was courteous, welcoming, and informed. The property was kept very clean. I was attending training for work, and the food supplied each day was delicious and the serving staff attentive. Our room floor was quiet. Housekeeping staff friendly and non-intrusive. The beds were comfortable. Bath tub had a low rise which I liked. Suggest including a microwave in the rooms.

I think maybe the hottub was broken because a thick ring of scum kept appearing around the rim where hottub meets water but i know they were trying to fix it. Other than that everything was amazing and even the hot tub was wonderful really! My daughter and I did have a sepearate breakfast server the second day and he didnt come back to check on us one time after we got our food and I was so thirsty. The first day the service was TOP SHELF, thou!

The guest room was tidy, comfortable, and well appointed for business or leisure travel. The room area was functional and suitable living space was allowed as well as accessibility. The bed was very comfortable and at a standard height and easy for a shorter person to access. The food options and quality were excellent, and being able to get room service was a real treat. There were quality in room coffee and tea provided and other amenities were also very good. Highly recommended.

Staff called to ask if we still wantes our room on check in day. Felt like they wanted to cancel us! Treated worse at the desk due to a debit mastercard and no one took anything we asked for seriously because thats how we paid! Room keys didnt work. Terrible staff
