Hotel muy fresco, elegante y limpio, hay una puesta de sol fuera de la ventana por la noche, me gusta muy cerca del aeropuerto

Ya sea un vuelo temprano o un vuelo nocturno, este es un puerto eterno, un ambiente familiar, un servicio considerado, limpio e higiénico, conveniente y eficiente y cálido como en casa.

Debido a que el brote cambió el aeropuerto de salida, tuve la suerte de quedarme en este hotel. Fue asombroso. Este hotel va desde la estación de tren de alta velocidad de Boao 🚄 hasta el aeropuerto de Meilan el mismo día. Hay un largo pasaje entre la salida de la estación de tren de alta velocidad y el aeropuerto de Meilan. Este pasaje gira a la izquierda y va en dirección al hotel. La derecha está cerca del aeropuerto. No es demasiado conveniente, este hotel también tiene una lavadora secadora, la habitación está limpia e higiénica y la cama es cómoda. Lo más importante es que se tarda solo unos minutos en caminar desde el aeropuerto y no es necesario levant**** tan temprano para tomar el avión. Quédate aquí la próxima vez.

Me he alojado en el hotel más cercano al edificio de la terminal. Está a poca distancia. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones para masajes y ropa de cama cómoda. Aunque el aeropuerto es muy tranquilo, hay detalles más humanos que son muy loables, y el desayuno también es rico. , Tuve una buena noche de sueño. ¡Se recomienda tener un lugar para colgar la ropa!

The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

The hotel is well linked to the airport. Free shuttle to Terminal 2, be sure to ge there early to secure a seat. Hotel amenities are child centric as we have booked a family room. Room service is quick too. Only downside is having only 1 check-in counter.

Hotel is good. Clean and comfortable. But any reception can’t speak english although there is airport

Very convenient and easy access from airport. Food court sells variety of food with reasonable prices and the Hainanese dishes are very very cheap, very very delicious compared to Malaysia.

Hotel in good location and near mall. A lot if food and shopping. When check in to 1 of the room, smell of smoke a d ask the reception to change room. They are prompt to response and special thanks to trainee, Xiao Han, she lead me to another room on higher floor with a purify inside the room and make sure I'm OK then she leave and said anything can call her again. Appreciated.

The hotel is in the airport and is convenient. The rooms are clean, but the best thing about the hotel I've ever encountered is the staff. with sincere help, especially Ms. Han Jun Zhen, who has tried her best to help me send things to friend in China. I have to thank you very much. Next time if I come to stay in Hainan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
