Horrible experience at Super 8 Hagerstown. Booked and confirmed online, only to be told after checkin in that I could not stay on account of living less than 85 miles away near Washington DC. Wanted to get a bit of a head start on my way to New York state the next day, I was left screwed over at around 8PM; took me an hour to drive around in the DARK to find alternate accommodation at twice the price. This is completely unacceptable. You lost a customer for life, NEVER will I stay at Super 8 anywhere again. The employee behind the front desk was absolutely no help either. Showing zero sympathy for the plight I was put in, nor offering any suggestions on where else I could stay on a Saturday night on such short notice. Mind you, I wasn’t being rude and our exchange didn’t last long, but I was understandably frustrated for being turned away despite a confirmed booking. I also told the employee I would leave a terrible review, and her reply of “That’s fine” should give serious cause for concern to Super 8 management. By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t leave reviews very often either, but something is seriously wrong here. I would personally advise staying away from this hotel.

I haven't posted in a very long time but this needed to be said---this stay on our way home from Naples FL was exceptional. Every person from the front office check in to the gentleman taking care of the morning breakfast was exceptional---the room was pristine and there is much attention to detail everywhere---congratulations to a team who understand how to create a welcoming experience!

Este es un viejo lugar. Y todo fuera de la habitación es crudo. Los tapices están matados, hay un poco de mal olor y todo el lugar parece un desastre. Eso dijo, dentro de las habitaciones estaban bien, limpio, no hay bugs, no hay nastias, las camas estaban muy cómodas y todo estaba bien. La TV es pequeña. El desayuno etc no era grande

Cuando voy, recoge el tifón oriental y llueve, pero este hotel puede decirse que es un hotel más perfecto para vivir. En la salida de alta velocidad, al lado de Ole, hay tiendas, hay Wal-Mart, hay muchos hoteles para comer. El desayuno del hotel también es muy rico, hay huevos, hay carne de vacuno, ¡Este es el mejor hotel de viaje reciente!

Estaba muy limpio. Nice hotel para estancia. Wifi era excelente. Servia desayuno caliente. Dispone de un centro de fitness. Personal amigable. Las camas eran limpias y cómodas. Era tan capaz de compartir mi Gran Trailer Trailer. Gran parking lot y bien iluminado. Justo 2 millas de i-81 y I-70. Muchos restaurantes cercanos y una tienda mexicana en la misma sala.
