One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! The service is excellent, the staffs are friendly, helpful & attentive, the architecture and interior are exceptionally beautiful, the location is top notch, you can walk to Bibi Khaym & Registan Square. The hotel offers traditional spa which is a plus point. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to everyone who visits Samarkand

La casa está limpia y sanitaria, y lo más importante, ¡tiene un balcón independiente! Se siente de maravilla. ¡El desayuno es bastante completo! Comida occidental pura, con bebidas y comida deliciosas. Una estancia relativamente satisfactoria.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y luminosa, limpia y ordenada, con ropa de cama de alta calidad y una pintoresca vista desde la ventana que era realmente refrescante. El desayuno era abundante y delicioso, y el ambiente era excelente. En resumen, fue el hotel más cómodo en el que me alojé durante mis viajes por Asia Central.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Todo el personal fue profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel era nuevo y limpio, limpiaban nuestra habitación a diario y dormimos de maravilla gracias a la ausencia total de ruido. ¡Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel!

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Классный отель. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Чистота везде. Наш номер находился на четвертом этаже. Очень понравился номер. В номере есть всё для уютного проживания. В душе вместо маленьких баночек с мыльными принадлежностями, на полке стоят большие дозаторы. Очень уютное и светлое кафе. Понравилось то, что был шведский стол с большим выбором блюд и напитков. На этажах есть фото зоны в национальном стиле. Отель рекомендую. Большое спасибо персоналу.

Excelente diseño, excelente ergonomía, personal del hotel hermoso y muy pensado - y muy buenas vistas.

Hotel nuevo, muy bien decorado, habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Son profesionales en servicios de hospedaje, una cadena de hoteles muy buena. Se descansa muy bien, muy buena cama, sábanas, toallas, etc de primera calidad. El desayuno variado, de lujo, rico, completo. Desearía encontrar lugares así en otras partes del mundo. No está cerca de atracciones, pero la ciudad es pequeña. Vale la pena estar alejado un poco. Recepcionista muy joven e inexperta se equivocó pero hablamos con jefa y solucionó, no desmerece un hotel tan bueno por una persona. Me encantó a mí y mi familia.
