The hotel overall was great! The room cleanliness could have been a little better with the floor. But everything else was great!

The breakfast was not the best! The coffee was cold both morning’s we were there. The water temperature was barely hot in the bathroom and kitchen. I don’t believe I will stay again.

Everything is perfect!I gave amenities a four star because of the AC near the window. It is loud and would not turn off. I used three pillows to cover the vent and the noise then became minimal. I had a good night sleep!

Franklin es tan tranquilo, tranquilo y limpio. El hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno era mejor que otros hoteles similares porque también tienen waffles de chocolate haha

While this location was easy to get to, the reception was pretentious. I was extremely upset that I had to pay for parking. The shower had mold on the wall inside and along the grout line on the outside. There was a white substance on the carpet in the bedroom and the areas between the bed and nightstands had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Great for the cost. No lost amenities and clean enough. The shared areas could use a facelift but for the price this hotel is worth it. Rooms are clean and fairly well put together for a longer stay traveler.
