This hotel is almost perfect for an overnight stay in McAllen. Below are the reasons: 1) Close to airport, less than 4-5 minutes of walking, hotel facing terminal and you can see it. 2) A huge mall within walking distance from hotel, 5-8 minutes, with eateries, food court and shopping. 3) Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave. 4) There is a pool and gym facilities. 5) Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Below are what I felt a little short, or else would be perfect: 1) Shuttle bus runs only from airport to hotel. Given the close proximity of the two properties, shuttle bus can be utilize to other places of interest, like shopping mall. 2) No meat option for breakfast, like sausages or bacon. 3) Water pressure for basin and shower can be stronger.

En realidad, estaba allí por unas pocas horas cuando llegaba el domingo por la noche, transitando por México el lunes por la mañana, que es mi 2ª estancia en este hotel, todo es bueno y con un alto valor CP, tiene sentido para la estancia comercial. Sin embargo, una cosa que tengo que decir y pedir al hotel para mejorar es que, el flujo de agua en el baño, independientemente del duche o del tapón, fue lento, estaba en el segundo piso y no se suponía que fuera bajo presión de agua, que debe ser se actualiza y fija inmediatamente como probablemente volveré a permanecer en mi viaje que se espera normalmente más alta presión y flujo de agua.

Excelente hotel para ir de shoppint a Mcallen. Gran ubicación y muy bonito hotel.

Fue una estancia agradable y las características de las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal es amable y le encanta volver y quedarse pronto. Fue una gran estadía. Gracias

We stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room. The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway. All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was very good. The gentleman who was serving me during breakfast was amazing and very attentive. The pool was nice, and I really liked the overall look of the hotel — it has a lot of history and charm. What I did not like: the condition of the carpet, which had dark spots in several areas. Also, the TV was positioned on the side of the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable to watch.

호텔이 년식이 오래 된거 같지만 그래도 관리가 잘 되어 편히 쉬었습니다. 아침 10~ 저녁 10시까지 호텔 수영장을 이용할수 있는데 이 부분이 좋습니다.

상점이나 레스토랑, 마트 등이 가까워서 이용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 침대도 넉넉했고, 방과 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 로비에 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 주차장도 넉넉해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변이 조용해서 밤에도 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족과 함께 맥알렌에 또 방문한다면 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.
