El hotel alberga muchos eventos dentro del hotel para mantener a los huéspedes entretenidos y sirven una experiencia de cena de estilo Chamorro cada otro día. En la playa delante de la playa no es limpio, aunque puedes cayar a las islas pequeñas delante del resort donde puedes ver mucho pez. La ubicación está lejos del centro de la ciudad, así que tendría que tomar el autobús de navegación por 30 minutos para llegar al centro de la ciudad, o 15 minutos en coche. El buffet de desayuno era bueno. Recomendé este hotel a familias con niños pequeños, o a un grupo de jóvenes amigos en un presupuesto.

Al principio, era para jugar al golf, la temporada más pobre siempre estaba mal, y el río podía probar el rango de conducción. Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Esta es mi segunda estancia este año. El tiempo de salida es igual que la última vez. Son las 12:00, pero a las 11:00, no se utilizará el armario. Así que tengo que ir a la recepción. Además, no puedo quejarme. En particular, creo que el personal es excelente.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

The hotel local has a very good location accessible to a lot of restaurants. The room is clean and the pool and beach amenities are very beautiful. We will definitely come back!

位置好，機場過來衹有的士26🔪，免費WIFI不行，斷斷續續，被子薄，沒有牙刷，有熱水壺，微波爐，電吹風。前台人員，服務態度好。對面是警察局。樓下是ABC超市，到DSF免税店很近。價錢也比較實惠。到關島來，還是在機場租車，市區的BUS不方便，很多景點沒有BUS。

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!
