UUsuario invitadoI was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

UUsuario invitadoNos gustó cómo la habitación estaba limpia y la piscina olía a cloro y estaba limpia a diferencia de otros hoteles en los que nos alojamos. Pero el recepcionista fue muy desagradable. Traté de registrarme un par de minutos antes y ella solo dijo que no veo tu nombre en ningún lado y prácticamente solo me dejó la opción de irme y regresar más tarde. Entonces, en lugar de ser amigable, ella era lo opuesto y me hizo sentir que no me querían allí. Pero nos quedamos de todos modos. ¡Y el desayuno realmente apestaba! COVID les hizo sentir que pueden tratar a las personas como quieran.

__TS***MKRoom is clean, essential items are all available. Blackout curtains are effective. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to both downtown and the shore. Staff is friendly, though there is sometimes a short wait to talk to the staff.

UUsuario invitadoBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience.
If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

UUsuario invitadoLa posición geográfica es superior, cerca de la estación de tren, justo en el centro de la ciudad, fácil de llegar allí. El desayuno estuvo bueno. La desventaja es que no es demasiado viejo, el inodoro está bloqueado, pero afortunadamente, la habitación es ruidosa, no la más silenciosa. La relación precio / rendimiento no es alta, lo que va en detrimento de la firma de Hilton.
