Instalaciones: Sentía que el hotel era un poco viejo. El banco se cambió, el clima no es bueno, y la habitación también se sentía un poco viejo. Ambiente: A través del Mar de Etiopía, tranquilo y bueno. A la vecina hay una antigua zona urbana y un centro comercial renovado. Higiene: la higiene también funciona. Servicio: El mejor es el servicio, hay servicio de entrega de equipaje y muchos chocolates. El mejor es el minibar de la habitación, todas las bebidas y chocolate son gratis. También se entregan regalos de frutas y frutas.

Comfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.

兩張1.5m的床很適合家庭出遊，露台很大，晚上也安靜，就是位置比較偏，前不着村後不着店，周圍有幾個餐廳，沒有中餐，也沒有能逛街的地方，出門全靠打車或者包車，酒店缺個泳池，如果有室內外泳池，就完美了

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Hotel Ontur de Esmirna. Todo el equipo fue sumamente amable y atento. Nos sentimos bienvenidos en todo momento y recibimos excelentes consejos. Un servicio integral perfecto. ¡Muy recomendable!

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

El personal del hotel es amable y está cerca de Folkart. Vine por negocios y estaba cerca. Esperaba que el interior de la habitación fuera más lujoso por el precio que pagué. Pagué casi 200 euros por una habitación, así que esperaba una habitación bonita, pero no la conseguí, y el olor a comida de gato que venía del exterior era horrible. Me asignaron una planta baja, por desgracia no una alta. Así que la relación calidad-precio es mala. No pagaría más de 90 € por esta habitación, pero pagué casi 200 €. Lamentablemente, no tomé fotos de la habitación porque estaba ocupado con el trabajo; de lo contrario, habría añadido fotos de la habitación por la que pagué demasiado; definitivamente no vale 200 €.

La incesante instalación de Izmir. Aunque se sienta un poco vieja y desconcertada. Conserva su calidad. El aire, la naturaleza y el agua son muy bien separados.

El hotel está situado a unos 5 minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Las instalaciones son nuevas y elegantes y el servicio muy correcto. La habitación no es amplia pero es muy funcional y el colchón es muy cómodo.

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

Hotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out. Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.
