Hoteles con gimnasio en Venecia

Este hotel tiene una arquitectura bastante inusual, nos encantaron todos los diferentes espacios. Cuando entre en la zona de recepción, observe los hermosos círculos de cristal de Murano que iluminan la zona. A pocos pasos de la parada del vaporetto. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, las camas son súper cómodas. Muy tranquilo. Hay un bar/terraza genial con vistas a la Laguna; disfrutamos de cócteles allí un par de noches. Las bebidas son caras. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en Murano por unas cuantas noches, visitar Burano y otras islas cercanas, qué delicia mágica. Nos habíamos quedado en la isla de Venecia durante unos días, por lo que fue agradable alejarnos de las multitudes. El hotel organizó un taxi acuático en barco de madera hasta el aeropuerto, lo cual fue lo más destacado de mi fabulosa estancia en Venecia.

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

La ubicación es buena, a unos 10-15 minutos en autobús desde la estación de Mestre y hay un autobús directo a la isla principal de Venecia. Puedes comprar el billete de autobús en la recepción del hotel. Hay un gran supermercado (CONAD) frente al hotel y algunos restaurantes cerca. Aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, no se pueden abrir dos maletas grandes al mismo tiempo. La selección del desayuno está bien, solo la opción habitual de desayuno, pero el personal es muy agradable.

Hermoso hotel en una hermosa isla. La habitación era grande y limpia, con una pequeña vista de la laguna. El personal de la recepción fue muy servicial y nos dieron un viaje de cortesía para visitar la fábrica de vidrio en la isla de Maurano. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena en el restaurante junto al mar con la hermosa puesta de sol. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a quienes visiten Venecia.

Aunque solo hay una gasolinera enfrente del hotel, la ubicación sigue siendo excelente. La parada de autobús a Venecia y al aeropuerto está justo enfrente del hotel. El autobús tarda 8 minutos en llegar a la Plaza de Roma. El hotel vende los billetes de autobús. Hay dos autobuses y el horario es muy regular. Nunca tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos. ¡Muy práctico! La piscina también está muy bien, no hay mucha gente. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal fue muy amable con la información, especialmente para llegar a Venecia y al aeropuerto.

El mejor hotel que he estado en Europa. El servicio perfecto, el personal de alta profesionalidad y calidad, el buen inglés, eficiente y cuida de todos mis detalles. El hotel también ofrece un taxi de agua para la isla de Murano todos los días, para que pueda visitar a Murano y Burano el mismo día.

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, justo en la puerta, y el autobús (4L) te lleva a la isla principal en solo 5 paradas. Es de nueva construcción, está totalmente equipado y la ducha es potente y muy cómoda. Hay dos grandes supermercados junto al hotel, lo que facilita las compras. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Venecia. Me gustaría señalar especialmente que manchamos accidentalmente las sábanas y las fundas de almohada, y no pudimos lavarlas nosotros mismos. No supimos cómo explicárselo al hotel. Para nuestra sorpresa, al volver esa noche encontramos que las habían cambiado. Sin más preguntas. Fue una experiencia conmovedora.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
