El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, en el arco de la Plaza de San Marcos. Puramente acogedor. Todo es nuevo. Es una pena que no haya ganchos para la ropa de abrigo, tuvimos que colgarla en la manija de la puerta. No está claro por qué no se tuvo en cuenta un detalle tan pequeño. Estacionamiento por 3 noches, no se cambian las toallas. Solo dóblalo de nuevo. Buen desayuno, pero café asqueroso. Y

El hotel es muy agradable y bonito. La ubicación es genial, la terraza del restaurante tiene una vista pintoresca y góndolas. La habitación es pequeña pero bonita. Hay batas, pantuflas e incluso un paraguas disponibles. El baño es lujoso, con iluminación. Un salón muy bonito para diversas celebraciones. Estamos encantados con el hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Outstanding in every way. All the staff were friendly and helpful. From the first email to checkout. Helped arrange the water taxi from the port to the hotel dock. Located on the Grand Canal so accessible to all the Venice sights. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and the roof top bar a must. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Y es mejor ir a la parada Triestina Tessera que a Orlanda Pinerolo, en esta última casi pierdo el autobús y el conductor simplemente me saludó con la mano y siguió adelante.

Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

The buffet breakfast waitress refused to bring more hard boiled eggs to the serving table when we requested at 9:50 am, when there was still plenty of time left until the closing time of 10:30 am. The croissants were extremely dry and old, NOT FRESH at all. We did not expect these to be happened, considering the breakfast was paid separately from the room we booked.
