El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, en el arco de la Plaza de San Marcos. Puramente acogedor. Todo es nuevo. Es una pena que no haya ganchos para la ropa de abrigo, tuvimos que colgarla en la manija de la puerta. No está claro por qué no se tuvo en cuenta un detalle tan pequeño. Estacionamiento por 3 noches, no se cambian las toallas. Solo dóblalo de nuevo. Buen desayuno, pero café asqueroso. Y

Very perfect stay with everything prepared. It’s better to take water Texi to the hotel from the station. It has a private port and once you arrive in the hotel. They have immediately a gentleman to help you with the luggage. 5star service worth the price. Best location mins walking to everything.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

También había batas y pantuflas cómodas en la habitación. Un baño con fontanería nueva y accesorios necesarios: desde apuros hasta acondicionador de pelo Solicitamos una habitación con dos camas separadas y nos sorprendió gratamente que su tamaño no era de cama individual, sino de cama y media. ¡La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Todas las atracciones principales se encuentran a poca distancia. . El hotel está situado en el Gran Canal, a 5 metros de la parada del autobús acuático. Y es agradable sentarse en el patio verde y tomar una taza de café o un vaso de Aperol. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. ¡Me gustó todo sobre el hotel!

Llegamos a VCE a la 1 de la mañana, por lo que necesitábamos pasar la noche. De hecho, el camino hasta el hotel no es difícil, 20 minutos y solo hay un pequeño desnivel sin acera. Y es mejor ir a la parada Triestina Tessera que a Orlanda Pinerolo, en esta última casi pierdo el autobús y el conductor simplemente me saludó con la mano y siguió adelante.

La ubicación es muy conveniente. La distancia a pie puede llegar a puntos importantes, puertos, restaurantes y gelato delicioso, la habitación es amplia y ofrece varios equipos para lavarse los vestidos y lavar el arroz, pero el paquete de bienvenida sólo le da una bola de lavandería y una lavavajillas para limpiar la pelota, Consulte a la personal de servicio de la caja de la caja si puede dar otra. Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Suficiente por un buen precio, pero la ubicación es un poco complicada, no hay transporte a parte del bus del camping que vale 2.50 por trayecto. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y en plena noche y lluvia, debimos ducharnos con agua fría. Lo reporté y dijeron que enviarían a alguien, salimos esa noche y a la mañana siguiente de nuevo agua fría. Un técnico vino pero solo duró 1-2 minutos el agua caliente. Además de ser exageradamente caliente.

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful area, yet still very central—making it the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. It’s just a short walk from the bus and train terminals, as well as the ferry stops, which made getting around Venice incredibly easy. Even St. Mark’s Square is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is secure with access control codes, which gave us peace of mind. Although there is no physical reception desk, the staff were easily reachable by phone and were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet yet central place to stay in Venice. Would definitely recommend!
