Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

I was very surprised by this 4 star hotel in Yilan! The rooms are huge, very well appointed, have great beds, elegant hallways, and the hotel has great customer service. The breakfast is pretty amazing, with tons of choices, and best of all the hotel is located right in a central area of Jiaoxi. The rooftop hot spring pools are wonderful, and there are even sauna and steam rooms up there. Just great all around. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

This hotel is very good. The location is great as it is right in the middle of all the action is. Both the train station and bus terminal are very close by. The hot spring tub in the room is large. Breakfast is okay with some local flavours… There are 4 rooftop hot spring pools also but it was too cold and windy for us to use them. This chain also has two other properties within steps away. They both seem to be a bit higher end and I would try one of them next time I visit JiaoXi

Hotel breakfast buffet is so so. The chef is rude. I lined up for the service and ordered the omelette which has rheee choices. I mistaken that I can have fish and cheese together. He just replied sharply and said “No”. “Only one. “ I forgot to take my purse back which was hanged up while I played game with my friends. While I reckoned I lost my bag and came back to the receptionist. She handed it back to me immediately and showed me her happy face finally I returned. Very honest and good *********.

This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.
