The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. The services were excellent as well. It has a good location and nice proximity to local transportation network

Me he alojado en el Westin durante muchos años y disfruto de la ubicación y la limpieza. Si utiliza Trip, es posible que pueda obtener el desayuno gratis, que de otro modo es muy caro. Y, por supuesto, ¡las camas celestiales Westin! Y aparcamiento de autoservicio, que es mejor que el servicio de aparcacoches.

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

Me gustaba mi estancia en el Deerfoot Inn & Casino. Mi viaje fue para atrapar con mi hermana y atrapar nuestras vidas. La habitación de la reina deluxe era espaciosa y bienvenida. Encontré una pintura en la hoja superior cuando el capuchón de la tapa cayó. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. Puedo sugerir que actualicen los muebles como he notado a otros invitados mayores que tienen el mismo problema.

My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

A good hotel considering the price and location. For a 3 star property, it meets the stated standard. Comfortable beds. Spacious lobby. Everything works.

Nos alojamos por 3 noches y tuvimos una experiencia sin problemas. Lo mejor es incluir el desayuno buffet en tu reserva, ¡el servicio fue maravilloso! La ubicación es en el centro por lo que es accesible.

El hotel es espacioso y limpio. Ven aquí con mi familia y todos nos impresionamos con el confort de la cama, incluyendo la limpieza

El hotel no es Econo Lodge en la universidad de suites, que también nos quedamos y fue mucho mejor que este (econo Lodge aldea motel). En nuestra estancia, hubo varios bugs que encontraron su camino a nuestra habitación durante la noche (Mosquitos, volantes). La llave de la habitación nos ha sido muy bien reemplazada, pero la tarjeta tiene que deslizarse unas pocas veces antes de que se desbloquee. Recomiendo el otro econologe situado detrás de este. El personal aquí es muy amable. Para el desayuno, ofrecen café, té pero sin cucharas. Hay pan y zumo servidos en una taza de solo (pero sólo puedes usar la taza de café). Si tienes alergias, le sugiero que traigas tu propio alimento. Nos esforzamos por no quedarnos en el mismo lugar para toda nuestra excursión, si no nos gusta nuestra habitación, pero terminamos lamentando no reservar el otro econologe para toda nuestra excursión.
